Splendid villa with pool, wellness area, football pitch in Agrigento - 14 pax

Our family of 14 stayed at the villa. The house is exactly as pictured, if not better. Plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Carmelo was very accommodating and available for questions regarding the area. We throughly enjoyed our delicious 5 course meal prepared by Rita and would recommend the option to all that stay at the Villa.

We spent a fortnight in August here, two extended families, including a baby and several teenagers. The property is better than the pictures - the pool is amazing! Weather was lovely, sunny every day, and we enjoyed the beach at San Leone and some great meals in Agrigento. The outdoor kitchen was ideal for long lazy lunches. Carmelo the host could not have done more to help us, and was very quick to deal with the one problem we had, as one of the air con units broke - but he got it fixed no trouble. We book villas every year, and I think he has been one of the best hosts we have had. The cleaning was immaculate, and we enjoyed having our beds made every day! We'd definitely recommend this!

We have been a group of 14 people and stayed for 1 week at Vila Agora. Our flights were earlier than the official check-in and check-out time, which did not cause any problems for the owner. We met the owner in a bar, so that he could show us the way to the vila, which was inaccessible without a key for a gate. The owner showed us the whole residence before giving us the keys and told us that we had a limit of 400 kWh for the week. He explained how to use the inner and the outer jacuzzis and how to start the ,Turkish hamam’. In total it was a great location, as shown in the pictures or even better! Every room was equipped with an air conditioner and except of two rooms each sleeping room had a separate bathroom. We used occasionally the jacuzzis, once the Turkish hamam an regularly the air conditioners and both kitchens, so that we exceeded the limit of 400 kWh up to the double of the free amount. Except for Sunday and the first and the last day, we had every day a cleaning service inclusive waste disposal. Every night we kept the music loud until at least 2 in the morning an the owner, who lives right beside, did not complain at all. After our check-out the owner invoiced some damages we were sure we didn't cause, e.g. a broken lamp and a pool bed. After asking him about it he asserted that the damages haven’t been before and invoiced us a part of the damages. In total it was a great residence and we spent a wonderful time at Vila Agora. For the next time it would be better to check all damages before to avoid problems or discussions.
