Stayed Aug 25, 2018The House was pretty perfect for our large family group. Well equipped and pleasant to spend time in - was perfect balance between being well presented and lived in , so perfect for us ! A 5 minute trot down the hill to one of many idyllic unspoilt beaches - a nice leg stretching wander back up . We had 2 hire cars for our group of 11 so could get around pretty well and explore further beaches and the mountainous interior. Corsica is expensive and some places only take cash so make sure you take plenty out at the ATM at the airport as these are not numerous - and some were not working . Handovers of villa at beginning and end were pretty smooth . The owner of villa is best communicated with in French , though her helpful son appears to have good English and also seems to check communication. I hadn’t been to Corsica since I was a child and no one else in our group had but we will definitely return , Would definitely recommend this lovely spot asa base for other families .
