Splendid villa, overlooking conservation area, with private pool and games room

Needs improvement.There were ants and roaches noticed upon arrival. There is water coming up through the sub floor, which is causing the flooring to come up, and could be slippery or moldy. It appears that there has been a leaking drain pipe under the floor, which has been happening for quite some time. The maintenance guy said they'd have to get someone to look at it. The trash cans don't have lids and caused animal(s?) getting in the trash. There were many things not working when we arrived (stove top, lights, tv), but most could be addressed quickly. Also, there isn't a hot tub included, which is misrepresented. It's only a connected heated pool, which is an extra fee.The location is nice, but difficult to

The home was spacious and in a great location. The home was clean and the kitchen has ample utensils for for cooking. The owner communicated well, although no issues. Overall great stay. I suggest more bath towels. Very Satisfied!

This home was very spacious! Beds were comfortable and the 4 bathrooms were fantastic for a big group. The layout of the house was perfect with the main bedroom on the main floor with another bedroom downstairs, and the rest of the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of seating for eating and relaxing. The game room helped with entertaining, and the pool was clean and refreshing after a long day. The neighborhood was quiet, and this house was situated close to neighbors but still had its privacy. The area had plenty of restaurants, stores and easy access to the highway. Overall, a great place to stay with a big family group or friends.

Kitchen facilities were great just like at home.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this very spacious and well appointed villa. The pool was excellent with a hot tub and plenty of space around it to socialise. A gas bbq was also provided. There was a very professional pool table and a separate football table in a games room at the front of the property. The kitchen, lounge , dining area , bedrooms and bathrooms were all very well appointed, spacious with quality bed linen and towels. The villa is superbly positioned and very quiet as it backs onto a nature reserve. Disney is 30 mins away and local Publix and Walmart superstores close by.

The stay was very good overall with a few hiccups. The coffee pot was unusable as well as the microwave. The pot looked burnt & microwave looked like it had caught fire. We went out & bought our own to use. The grill was extremely rusty felt unsafe to use so bought a griddle to use on top. The pool & tub were great but would suggest hand rails. Back view was great & saw deer. Turkeys. Tortoise.etc thank you

I loved the place, I would recommend it to anyone. Only complaint was it needs to have a day of maintenance. Few things we found needing to be fixed. AC unit stopped working on last two days, shower head was broken, jacuzzi light stopped working, bedroom drawers need fixing, some light bulbs need replacing. And smoked detectors need replacing. Stove didn’t work in beginning. I still thought place was really nice and had a great time. I also want to thank owner for giving us a month of heat for pool. That honestly made the trip so thank you. I would definitely rent it again and recommend it to anyone.

Property as described. Overall, very pleased with the full experience. Property owner was superb in communications and timeliness of responses. Only complaints (and I say that lightly). The beds are more firm than I prefer, but my spouse was pleased with the mattress. Some cleaning issues such as some other reviewers have mentioned, namely in bathroom fans, etc. But those are very minimal.Overall, this was a 5-star property. Especially considering the price.

We had great holiday staying in this villa. The outlook at the rear of the property was amazing. Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four had more room than we even needed with five bedrooms and four bathrooms! The pool was great for relaxing in the evenings. My boys loved the pool table. I was able to wash laundry before heading back home! Overall, great experience!

Overall, it is a great place if you have a large group. The two “master bedrooms” are very nice, as is the single bed bedroom upstairs. My wife and I were in the master bedroom right by the pool, and only noticed minor flaws. I’ll start with this. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had, so I’m assuming any little details might’ve been because of whoever maintains the property. In our bedroom the fixture that holds the fan/light remote was hanging on by a thread and appeared to have been nailed into the wall multiple times, with little success. The vents to the fans in the bathrooms had a good layer of dust built up, but again, nothing major. Also, most of the dressers were very loose and/or missing screws or knobs. We were told by the owner that management would place the trash and recycling out front, but it did not happen while we were there, and judging by the trash inside and outside of the cans, it wasn’t before us either. The pool was great, the perfect size for our family (2 adults, 4 kids, with my mom and sister visiting). Overall, I know it may seem like I have a lot to complain about, but it was a great property. Again, whoever is maintaining the property just needs to pay attention to the small details. I do apologize if my children forgot to put a half of a watermelon in the trash, and left it in the fridge. I will add again, the owner of the property was very quick to answer any questions we had. 4/5, would easily be 5/5.

Stayed at the house for my son’s dance competition at Gaylord Palms. The drive was close. The house was perfect for relaxing- we loved the pool; quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

House was huge and nice! Got in before the 4pm check in time. One of the drains didn’t work upstairs and the pool was dirty but contacted the property manager and they had a pool cleaner come out the next day! House was a little dirty but nothing major. Good bang for your buck
