We had a lovely stay beginning of December. Pool heating was needed but with the cover it worked fine. Villa was lovely modern and very clean.Comfortable beds and all home comforts with a lovely view and plenty of seating for different times of the day. Hosts were very helpful and we wish we were there longer.would recommend no hesitation.

We had a fantastic holiday in this villa. The view is fantastic. The pool was cleaned twice in one week.Very clean!Viviane is always available.The ladies who showed us around were also very kind.

Property is wonderfully designed and very clean. The property is equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need and is within walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants. We will definitely be booking again. The host was brilliant and very accommodating to our needs.

The villa is exquisite, very spacious and very clean. Our grandsons, ten years old, could hardly get enough of the pool. We had no experience with a gas barbecue, but it was easy to work with. Communication with the owner and the manager was hassle-free. We would certainly recommend this property.

We have just got back from a three week stay in this villa and I wish we could have stayed much longer. We have stayed in many places across Spain over the years and this is the best one yet. It’s exceptionally clean, well equipped and comfortable. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was fantastic. We all swam everyday. I will definitely be going back. The host was excellent too, when we had queries the response was very quick and helpful. Overall a great holiday in a top notch property.

Excellent property to stay in could not have asked for more great location the villa was so clean and spacious and had everything we needed the heated swimming pool was fantastic we really had the best time ever and we are hopefully going to book again for next year Viviane the host kept in touch from start of booking and gave us all the information that was needed we would certainly recommend to friends 5* plus for everything

We were a party of 4 adults who stayed for 8 days here in Orihuela Costa . The villa was just as described and wonderfully clean,the pool area where we spent most of our time was a lovely area with comfy seats

Villa is beautiful with a lovely pool. There are restaurants within a 10 minute walk and a large big shop selling clothes/shoes/bags

We had a fantastic stay at the villa, exactly as it appears in the photos! We were a party of 6, 4 adults and 2 children, and the villa was a great size for us. The pool was perfect for the kids (both 8 years old), deep enough for them to jump in and big enough to play in. Big enough for the adults to have a reasonable swim too! We did have a small issue with the pool (that was due to some unrelated plumbing work that had been carried out the previous week) which was immediately sorted, communication was great with both the owner and local property manager. The location is good too, shops and restaurants within walking distance, and only a short drive to many more. We particularly enjoyed the stone grill just up the road in La Fuente commercial center in Villa Costa :-) We will definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at this property. It’s finished to a high spec and has everything you need during your holiday. The pool was warm and had the sun all day. It is only a short walk to a number of bars and restaurants. Iceland/Waitrose is within walking distance but have higher prices than Aldi and Consum which are a 5 minute drive.
