Spectacular Water Views from Every Bedroom! 4 Intersecting Canals!

This home was very comfortable for our needs. The neighborhood was a great place to take a walk. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat on a cool night. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had plenty of room for privacy for everyone. The community is easy to get around and shopping and grocery are close to this home Our host Jim was very easy to communicate with during our stay. I will definitely consider this home again in the future.

We loved to stay here for Christmas. We really enjoyed the pool and the Tiki bar. The house is very nice and spacious. We recommend staying there and we will stay there again.

Perfectly relaxing, private and clean! The view was amazing from the lanai with every sunrise! Close to everything needed. We would stay here again, in a heartbeat!

We had a blast. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We took advantage of kayaking, fishing, swimming, bbq, and games. Absolutely plan to stay here again. Host was prompt with replies.Nice relaxing session in the jacuzzi (which over looks the water) on our first night set helped me decompress and set the stage for the rest of the week.

We very much enjoyed our stayed at this lovely home. The location was perfect and the view of the intersecting canals was stunning. The pool was great and a perfect temperature. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating under the lanai. We loved sitting at the tiki bar in the evening. I would definitely recommend this property and be more than happy to stay there again if I come back to Cape Coral.

This place was even prettier than the online pics. It had everything we needed and more. We will be back next year.

The house was very comfortable. There are two living areas, so plenty of room for the family to spread out. The pool was perfect, the tiki hut and dock were beautiful, and the house has kayaks and bikes for use. There were also two desks and two kitchen tables, plus lots of additional seating outside just in case anyone has to find a place to work while they are visiting.

We had an amazing stay, the house was everything it promised in the literature and the location couldn't be faulted. We had concerns as our vacation was shortly after the two hurricanes but there were no problems

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The house itself was better than expected with a great outdoor area. We enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable. Surprisingly there was more noise in the area than we usually notice. Likely just bad luck as there were a couple parties and even some fireworks (and not on the holiday): despite some annoying neighbors I would have given this a 5 star review but on the way there we were told the hot tub was broken and it didn’t get fixed in the 8 days we stayed. We always ONLY pick properties with hot tubs bc that’s a big thing for us. I feel there should at least be some $ offered to compensate when this happens. Although it’s no ones fault, it would go a long ways as an “I’m sorry this happened”. We always let hosts know up front that working hot tub is a big reason why we choose their property. Very disappointing.

Overall, home was great! Loved the Pool and the Tiki Hut on the dock! Had to wash bedsheets in the Master Bedroom before we slept in the bed because they stunk like BO! Obviously weren't washed from the last person who stayed there. The pool area/lanai needed some cleaning and all the patio furniture cushions were soaked when we arrived from being left out in the rain. Just some minor things that we had to deal with.

Great location, close to everything. My family loved the tiki. We fished off the dock and caught mangrove snapper, saltwater catfish, and Drum. We even had visits by dolphin and a turtle. The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities. Thank you James for allowing my family to stay in your beautiful home.

Property was just as described! Perfect location and great home base to explore the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers and surrounding beaches and coastal areas. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, tiki hut and kayaking on the canals! We were lucky enough to see a dolphin swim directly underneath the dock on our first morning! It even did a circle to look up at us! Such a treat! We will definitely be back!
