I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was cozy & comfortable! The beds are very firm. (If that’s what you like)The a/c is working very well! Refrigerator didn’t make ice for us. So, unfortunately we had to buy ice every day at the general store. It would be nice to have a better area for the grill. Grill worked nice though. It was a peaceful setting to sit on the back porch and watch the golfers every morning. Island Time was an amazing experience and we will use them again!! They were professional and provided top notch service!

Stayed Aug 8, 2024We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It worked well for our family of six. The location was convenient and the house had all we needed. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and multiple large TVs. I regret that I did not see in the fine print that I would be charged a fee for using a credit card to make the payment directly to the property management company. That is more of a complaint against VRBO rather than against this particular property.

Everything was very clean and suited our group of adults perfectly. Loved having three bathrooms. The beach is about a 5 minute bike ride away, which was perfect. Pool across the parking lot was very handy for those that worked part of the stay, they could just pop out and take a little break. General store nearby, as well as grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a beautiful area, very scenic. Lots of extra towels and the kitchen was stocked with lots of great utensils. Would stay here again!
