Villa Vista Es Torrent boasts stunning exterior chillout spaces and terrace areas overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.



Close to the house, a sunny coffee table and comfy chairs occupy the terrace that adjoins the dining room’s sliding glass doors. From here, a terrace of dark wooden decking and Balinese-style wooden shutters stretches out to house a yoga platform, large 7m x 2m plunge pool, and wide sofa seating. Beyond this, an al-fresco dining area, with large wooden table seating ten with benches and a gas barbeque, is the perfect spot for evening entertaining.



Nearby, a further terrace juts over the sea to offer a commanding view of the craggy coves and blue waters of the bay. By day, relax here in the rattan snuggle seats, or return at dusk to enjoy the beautiful sunset with friends.

The open-plan living room, with TV, sofa seating and freestanding hanging fireplace is a lovely cosy space. A glass breakfast table divides the living space from the well-equipped kitchen area and breakfast bar, bathed in the light that streams in from the glass doors that give additional access onto the upper terrace.



The other three double bedrooms are found on the ground floor. Spacious accommodation, with clean white walls, polished cement detailing, and crisp white bedding, each has its own en-suite shower room.



The terraces of each of the ground-floor bedrooms wrap around the house – from shaded sofa seating, to a line of crisp white loungers with idyllic sea views – to re-join the ground-floor decking and plunge pool.
