The home is located in a great area. The restrictions placed on the HVAC (78 for AC and 68 for heat) were not acceptable. First floor master bedroom has a mold issue that needs to be corrected. Nice house with lot's of room.

FANTASTIC!! The villa was perfect for our needs, very spacious, and very well equipped. It was a perfect place to come back to after a long day at the Disney parks and enjoy the lovely pool. It is very well situated about 20mins from Disney and only a few mins from shops and restaurants and great having a large, well known supermarket only a couple mins down the road to stock up with supplies.The hosts are brilliant and come back very promptly to questions with very helpful replies, and Jane was super helpful when we had a very late issue with flights and needed to extend our stay at very late notice.Amazing place that helped made our stay very special, thoroughly recommend.

This was our third year to stay at this property. This was a golf vacation for 8 men. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a for pleasant stay. The dwelling, pool/spa area was very clean and modernized. The area is close to numerous golf courses and restaurants. Although we did not go to any of the Disney parks, they are in close proximity to this property. Jane is an excellent host and was available for prompt answers that we may have needed.Richard Tate

We were a large groups of varying ages and this house had something for everyone. The hot tob was used extensively by the adults while the game room was a fav for the kids. Everything you need to have a goos stay is here.Add to this owners that respond quickly and care about your needs and this place was a true win for all of us.

The location of the house was great, no problem finding our way around. The property was everything we expected. The kids enjoyed the pool after a long day at the parks (4) & the adults enjoyed the spa. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Jane was always easy to work with, she responded quickly to our questions. I would recommend this place for SURE!!!!!!! We had beautiful weather. Group from OHIO

The location of this house is just beautiful. As you exit out the back door there is a very nice hot tub and pool and just beyond it is a lake wonderful lake with ducks and egrets. So tranquil. Jane was great to work with. She communicated with us before the trip and then check in with us while we were there. The kitchen is large and there are lots of dishes and utensils. Very nice home that was quite comfortable. We were impressed with the security people at the entry gate. I highly recommend this house for your family vacation.

The overall impression of this property from me and my constituents is GREAT! The home and property is gorgeous! I polled my guests and they said they would stay there again. I agree! Jane was easy to work with, upfront and honest. She is cordial, kind and genuinely desires that those who use her property have a great time and make memories. Jane was also quick and helpful in response to any questions/concerns that may have arose while we were there. We had a situation with pool lights not working and the very next day she had someone come out to rectify the matter. The lake behind the property with the walking trail is beyond beautiful. We enjoyed walking it. We really enjoyed the personal pool, the kids swam everyday we were there, and we utilized the spa/hot tub as well. The property has everything you could need in various ways. Outlet protectors, crib and amenities if you have babies up to small children. The game room is excellent! In a nutshell, they did a great job making sure that normal household things you need to live for your vacation is at your fingertips. My brain is going 100 mph trying to recall everything we enjoyed about the property because there were so many things! I can't share it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and stay there. If you're looking for a dwelling place for a vacation in the Orlando area, stop researching and book this property now!

The house was simply beautiful and far more spacious than expected, Jane was very prompt to answer any and all questions and concerns that came up. We had a most enjoyable time at the house, and it is centrally located and easy to navigate anywhere you choose to go. I would certainly recommend this as a beautiful choice for a vacation stay away from home, and I would love to stay there again in the future. Thanks again Jane.

The owner has control of most everything through Wi-Fi. The house was hot. The air conditioner was set to high and could not keep up with the temperature. There were four couples, all around the 50 yr age. So we weren't running in and out, but we all had to go buy a box fan to help so we could sleep and not sweat. So, if you prefer a cool house for a relaxing vacation of friends just hanging out together then this is not the house to choose. We also, had issues with running out of hot water after only two people showering.

A wonderful family home, exactly as described and beautifully presented. A great base for our family holiday in Orlando. Would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

We had a really great time. The house is beautiful, especially being placed on the lake. The neighborhood has lots of amenities and getting to the various parks are very easy; with peak season traffic Disney is around 20 min. and Universal around 40. Communicating with the owners was very easy. We highly recommend this for your vacation place.
