Spectacular Country Retreat

We had a fabulous week long stay in this villa. The property is full of really interesting art work and the elevation is a huge advantage as there was often a lovely breeze. It is well equipped and the addition of a welcome pack alongside essentials like dishwasher tablets/bin bags/washing powder were thoughtful and helpful. AC in all bedrooms was wonderful and the pool is huge and brilliant. We enjoyed a day trip to Ronda which is a must see and the old town of Mijas itself is lovely to wander around - make sure you go through the town square and up into the littles streets behind which are full of shops and restaurants. Cheaper Marmite in one of the supermarkets there than in Carrefour! Maite was extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a fabulous holiday

This rustic and secluded property provides privacy and peace plus spectacular views of the coastline below. The house and grounds are decorated with the works of prolific artist Charlotte Gordon. The property managers are great to deal with and available via text in English if you need them.

We had an amazing holiday at this wonderful house, just on the outskirts of Mijas Pueblo. The house is approximately a 25 minute walk into the village of Mijas, all fairly flat. It was a lovely walk, even our 9 year daughter was happy to walk. The views from the house and the walk into Mijas are truly incredible. The house was really lovely and clean and so well equipped with everything you needed. It had a huge private pool again with the most incredible views. When booking Jesse was so helpful and very quick to respond and a huge huge thank you to Maite, who was amazing and so helpful!! Maite helped us with our airport transfers and was our contact on the ground while in Mijas. Our plane was severely delayed on the way out, but Maite was in touch all the time and when we finally landed ensured our driver was there to meet us. When we arrived at the house Maite had bought us some supplies of water, bread, cheese etc which was so thoughtful after our incredibly long day. Throughout our weeks stay, Maite was so responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you!! My only regret was that we didn't book for longer in this wonderful gem of a property and can't wait to book again for next year! Thank you Jesse and Maite for a wonderful stay - Maddie & Family x

Our family of four had a great stay at this home. It was a joy to stay here, surrounded by lots of beautiful and interesting things and a total break from your average holiday home in the best possible way. The views of the coast and the hills surrounding it are superb. The swimming pool is far bigger than your average villa of this size and it was an instant hit for our 15 and 10 year old. Having some provisions ready for our arrival was truly appreciated. The communication from Maite and Jesse and help during our stay was second to none. Thank you!! As you cannot see the bottom of the pool due to the cleaning method used for the water, and the fact that the villa is on a steep cliff with gaps in the hedging and fencing, it arguably wouldn’t be ideal for young children or weak swimmers. However, it was perfect for our family.

Perfect cozy place for two. No living area but big enough for what we needed. Amazing view, clean pool, well supplied kitchen. Check in was awesome and quick responses to any queries. Great place to come back to after a busy day of visiting. Loved sitting outside, watching the view and quiet surroundings, and always felt very safe. Would go back any day.

A little house with a great view! We had a wonderful stay

Me and my partner had a fantastic trip to spain and this property was the heart of it. A perfect couples retreat with plenty of privacy and great facilities. It was only a 20/25 minute walk to Mijas which was perfect. The pool was beautiful and the ideal counter to the heat of the day. We could not have asked for a more perfect holiday spot and we hope to return!

A wonderful place to escape from everyday life and find peace and inner balance. The finca with the little flat is located on a hill with a fantastic view over the coast - even to Africa. There is a garden with large olive trees and a great pool. I liked it so much to walk through the garden early in the morning and enjoyed the atmosphere. There are two friendly cats on the property :) If you want it, the two come by for a visit to your terrace in the evenings. We were always happy about it.

We absolutely loved staying here, it’s very private with spectacular views everywhere you look. The pool is fantastic. Big Thanks also to Maite who was amazing!
