A Perfect LA Oasis for Large Families!Our stay at this property was absolutely phenomenal! Finding a place that comfortably accommodates two families of four can be a challenge, but this home handled our group of eight (including a mix of tweens and teens) with ease.What We Loved:• The Ultimate Backyard: The pool and spa were the undisputed highlights of the trip. After long days of sightseeing, the kids (and adults!) spent every spare minute in the water. It felt like our own private resort.• Space to Breathe: With eight people, elbow room is a priority. This house felt incredibly spacious; the kids had enough room to hang out and have their own space without being on top of each other.• Prime Location: You couldn’t ask for a better home base in Los Angeles. We were centrally located to everything we wanted to see, making the usual LA traffic much more manageable.• Seamless Communication: The owner was a total dream to work with. They were responsive, helpful, and made the check-in/check-out process completely stress-free.If you're looking for a stylish, spacious, and relaxing spot for a multi-family vacation in LA, look no further. The house was perfect for multiple friends gathering for a wedding. Our host was very friendly and communicative. The back yard was private, with a beautiful pool and hot tub. There was also ample seating for a nice gathering space.

I had my baby shower at Angela’s listing and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Angela couldn’t have been more lovely. We are so so incredibly grateful she hosts her home for groups like us who need a space to host small gatherings. Angela was very communicative and accommodating. The space was so gorgeous but felt really homey and inviting- none of my guests could believe it was a VRBO because it didn’t have that sterile rental feel, it felt like we were just in someone’s (really really beautiful) home. Those of us who stayed for the weekend were also incredibly comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms were gorgeous. Honestly, the house made for the most perfect and memorable weekend that I will remember forever. Huge thank you to Angela for sharing her space. 10/10 all around.

This is a spectacular home with beautiful furnishings and amenities. I rented it for a weekend stay with friends, as well as a small bridal shower for my daughter. Everyone was impressed. My friends said they felt like they had spent the weekend at a 5 star hotel, and one guest indicated she was going to look into renting it herself.The host was so responsive and accommodating, it was a pleasure to communicate with her.

I really think this is the best VRBO experience I have ever had. The villa is spectacular, immaculately clean and well appointed. But most importantly our host, Angela, was so very interactive and responsive to us. I really have never experienced this level of attention at a VRBO. The back yard feels like a resort; the primary bedroom is beyond amazing; the other four bedrooms are perfect; and the checkout procedures less onerous that many other VRBOs I have stayed in. Our only glitch is that we couldn't find the iron and ironing board (I'm serious that was it) and Angela responded within 5 minutes to our text message. Bravo!! I will be staying at this property with my family in the future.

House is amazing! Very unique layout ..spacious and well appointed furnishings makes your stay cozy, private and inviting! Host extremely accommodating and personable. Seemed to think of every little thing.. Including a welcoming basket for my family...Can't wait to stay again.!!!

Two bathrooms with high tubs would benefit from grab bars and tp holders need to be tightened up in primary bathroom. Lived the property, just few tips to make it even better.

I was beyond impress with the house. This house clearly was a home and felt warm and welcoming. So many little details throughout with the decore, shampoo/bathroom supplies to the well stocked kitchen. The outside was truely an oasis and an extension of the house.

In town for game at the Coliseum. Great location as it gave us access to the beach and easy access to the Coliseum. Quiet neighborhood, beds were great, pool was perfect, and entertaining was easy.

The house is outstanding. Comfortable, beautifully done, well furnished, and well-designed for privacy. I have stayed at dozens of homes through VRBO and other rental services, and Angela is by far the best owner I have dealt with. Words can't begin to describe how lovely this home is, and how perfect it was for us; eight good friends who get together from all over the country and the world, at least once a year. The host was welcoming and available at all times. Everything worked, everything was clean and tastefully appointed. The kitchen and outdoor barbecue had everything we needed, and the five bedrooms and four baths were comfortable and welcoming. The front courtyard and back yard were as lovely and tranquil as they appear in the photos. This is a quiet neighborhood and a lovingly decorated and cared for home, perfect for 3-4 couples or 8 good friends looking for a peaceful getaway. If that is what you are looking for, you will find nothing finer than this. We are so grateful to Angela, our hostess, for sharing this gem with us.

We booked the property for a group of 8 adults and 3 children to see my husband off before a deployment with the US Army Reserves. It was perfect and exceeded our expectations in every way. The space itself was very peaceful and zen. The house seemed professionally decorated, inviting and had a ton of interesting art. There were pool towels readily available and thoughtful touches such as robes in the bedrooms. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful space to enjoy time with friends and family.

The house was exactly as described on the listing. Beautiful, charming, eclectic, and spacious indoor and outdoor. House was like being at a resort; beds were comfortable; bathrooms had all amenities needed. Good distance to UCLA as we were there for graduation weekend.Owner, Angela, was very responsive and accommodating and made us feel “at home” :)Will definitely come back for our 2nd child’s graduation in 2 years!

We could not have asked for a better set up. This house had everything one could hope for. The pool and jacuzzi were splendid and the art work put the finishing touches on a warm and cozy home away from home. Can't wait to return!

The house had enough seating for a party of 8 to sit comfortably together in multiple locations within the house: its living room, 2 different, inside and outside dining areas and a large sitting area next to the pool. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of good quality pots, pans, cutlery and dishes. All the house's appliances and electronic devices, e.g., Wi-Fi, worked well. We never tested the TV's but, in addition to the big TV in the living room, there seemed to be a small TV in every bedroom. The house's outside area next to its pool is surrounded by beautiful foliage. We often forgot we were lounging in the middle of a big city. The house's owner was a delightful person. She responded in minutes to any texts we sent her. I could see us coming back to this house in the future.

We came in to see our adult kids and their significant others and wanted a large space with multiple master bedrooms and a pool and hot tub. The Spanish Gem was perfect! The neighborhood is safe near a Church. The home is luxurious and well laid out for 3-4 couples hanging out in the pool. Many gathering spots inside and out. Rooftop with beautiful sunset views! Angela is the most amazing host!!! I’m so happy we had the opportunity to meet her! She’s so accommodating anytime of the day/evening. We will absolutely be back!!

Angela was an awesome host that was very accommodating and super responsive. The house itself gets more beautiful with every step. It was clean, safe and perfect for our stay.The wives/women surprised the husbands/men that are firemen, linemen and/or first responders. Our planned vacation was canceled due to the fires so we opted for a staycation. Five couples stayed at the house. We brought in a private chef to cook dinner for us for Valentine’s Day. Four additional guests joined for dinner only.. We kept it under 25 people and followed the stated rules.

For my 50th birthday I had a sleepover with my seven best friends. There were lots of Oohs and aahs from the moment we opened the door. This house is a beauty and ideal for entertaining. It's intimate, yet it has plenty of space to spread out. Angela, the hostess, was very nice and helpful. She was very responsive to any inquiries we had. My birthday weekend was amazing. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Convenient location if you’re attending a Sofi event. Other than the attending game our entire group hung out at this very comfortable home. Highly recommend it!

Wow! What a great experience. The house was incredibly spacious with different seating areas, inside and out. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nicely decorated. We felt that we were in a real home versus a lot of rentals. The only downside was there wasn’t an adequate amount of silverware for our five guests.

Our family of 8 enjoyed our recent stay at Angela's lovely rental home. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house was well equipped and furniture and beds were quite comfortable. Angela was an excellent host, with perfect communication, and generously agreed to equip the house with a travel crib, as we had two babies with us. There was already a crib, high chair, and other amenities for babies and small children. The house is in a very lovely community, and close to grocery stores, SoFi stadium and the airport. We were all very happy with our stay here.

Great location, very close to LA. Property is in a very nice neighborhood. Home is as represented, very nice and well appointed. We used it for a trip to see USC vs Rutgers football game. Home is conveniently located for seeing the sights of LA. Very pleased!!

Everything was great with our stay. My only regret was not having more friends to enjoy it with. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. We were there on business and the location was perfect for our needs, but next time we'll plan on spending more downtime at the house itself.

My family had a fantastic stay at Angela’s gorgeous property. The house and surrounding area had everything we needed. The house and outdoor areas were the perfect set up for our family get together. Our toddler and adults alike loved the pool and hot tub, with ample pool toys, pool towels, sun loungers, and shaded patio seating - something for everyone! Lots of comfy communal spaces to relax and chat. Big smart TVs great for watching the games. Gorgeous bathrooms and big comfy beds. And best of all, Angela was so accommodating with our questions and special request to invite a few extra family over for an afternoon Bbq. We had the best time! Thank you Angela for making our trip so special

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Quick background--we were in LA last week when they were having record breaking heat. The A/C in our zone of the house ( yes the house has 2 zones) worked too well and would not shut off so we woke up to a very cool house (63 degrees) We call Angela that morning and she had a repair person there that day. We also got to meet Angela that day and she was so nice. She shared some of the history of the house and offered suggestions on restaurants/activities and cheerfully answered all the questions we were asking her. The interior of the house looks even better in person. It is a spacious house, but also feels very homey. We loved the artwork and furniture. The kitchen is very well stocked. The entire house was very clean. The backyard truly is an oasis. We loved the pool which thanks to Angela's suggestion we did not pay extra to have heated. The hot tub felt great too. ( it has jets but they are not very strong) The house is in a great location close to grocery stores and a mall. It is also close to LAX. The house is on a cul-de-sac so it is very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was the perfect place for our weekend celebration with friends and family. Kids and adults alike enjoy the spacious house and especially the pool area! The set up of the house offers privacy for different families. There is a magical and serene patio space on the second floor overlooking the pool. The beds are comfortable and clean, the space came with plenty of towels, blankets/sheets, and a well supplied kitchen. We hosted an event including some people who stayed overnight and some people who came for our daughter’s birthday party. This was a perfect place to host the event, offering maximum fun, different spaces for entertaining and also many moments of serenity over a gorgeous late summer holiday weekend. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We look forward to renting this place again!

My family and I just spent a week at this property and we could not speak more highly about our stay! The house itself is truly wonderful. It is so spacious but at the same time so warm and comfortable. The two story master bedroom felt luxurious! The backyard is as amazing as pictured, with with colorful planting that offer real privacy for the pool and hot tub. As wonderful as the property is, the communication with the owner/manager was even better. She was so welcoming and helpful. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would! Our extended family had a really wonderful stay here. The house, pool and neighborhood were all perfect. I gave four stars rather than five because we had some maintenance issues come up during the stay. However, Angela was extremely reachable and took care of the issues right away. Overall, I would highly recommend and would be very happy to book again.

Our family of 8 stayed at Angela’s property for a birthday celebration. It is located in a lovely neighborhood, relatively close to LAX airport and some LA attractions. The five-bedroom four-bathroom house was perfect for a reunion, with it’s two interior sitting areas as well as the outside patio seating, which includes a dining table. The younger generation really enjoyed the pool with all its inflatables. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Angela was exceedingly helpful and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
