Spacious waterview haven with decks, firepit, AC, WiFi, pool - walk to beach

House was clean and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach 8 adults and 5 kids ages from 3 months to seven years old We all will be back!

The location was great! The home had everything that we needed and the garage had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas ,games. It was perfect for our family!

The area of the unit was awesome. The Sound and the overall all area was perfect. The crowds were minimal compared to other areas

The condo was nice. The only issue we had was that the shades on the first floor were old and did not work very well. And the sliding doors were very difficult to move. These were the doors going out to the patio on the main floor. We have stayed in Sound Villas before and love the location. The rockers and the outside porch were enjoyed daily/nightly. Also we like the firepit.

The management company, Vacasa, negatively impacted our experience at what is otherwise a beautiful property. They misrepresented the home’s accessibility, which made the stay extremely difficult for our family and prevented my disabled mother from enjoying much of the trip. This misrepresentation meant my parents missed out on key parts of the vacation we had planned together.To make matters worse, Vacasa repeatedly gave us incorrect pool access codes and only resolved the issue after contacting the property owners directly. While they eventually offered a small refund (around 5% of the total cost) for the accessibility misrepresentation, it does not come close to making up for the lost time, stress, and exclusion caused by their lack of transparency and responsiveness.

Our family has been vacationing on Hilton Head for 30 plus years now and this was our best place yet! The unit is beautifully decorated and up to date. All areas were immaculately clean and the layout of rooms was just perfect and allowed for privacy and togetherness. We couldn’t figure out how to operate the stove top correctly but that was probably user error. The location and beach access was perfect. Even saw dolphins daily. Just can’t think of enough good things to say about this place and we will be staying here for our future vacations!

Sea Pines has something for everyone. The condo was spacious and well appointed. Much to do; bling, hiking, golfing, beach, sunset viewing…Responsive property manager, and owner.

Great location, clean, space for everyone, and beautiful views.

Plenty of space to spread out for our extended family. Well-equipped kitchen and beautiful balcony facing the water. Very close to the Salty Dog and South Beach.

Wonderful location for all family members! Awesome pool, short walk to a private beach, fully equipped kitchen, games, beach toys and wagon! Salty Dog restaurant and shops! Could not ask for more!
