Spacious villa with stunning panoramic sea views

Wonderful villa with everything you need for a great family holiday

This is a lovely area and a lovely place to stay. The villa itself is very well equipped and the owner is super efficient at sorting out any issues. With it being up high , there is a lovely backdrop of mountains amd a very pleasant breeze by the pool. Having a 2 year old I with us was a bit tricky, as there are hazards , so she needed to be heavily supervised in certain areas. To improve this , I would suggest a gate at the bottom of the stairs by the pool and another gate from the veranda to the top bedroom. The top bedroom is a lovely little retreat for a couple.

The time in Denia was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute. We were very happy with the house and everything about it. Beautiful view and quiet neighborhood. I recommend this place for families.

It is a very nice house that works very well four 14 people. The AC is very good and it is three flats which make it possible to share the house for some families. The pool and the balcony is fantastic. The view is amazing and it is a very calm area. It is difficult to get a taxi and it is a long walk to the city. The single beds are not so comfortable, but if we look at the whole house it is almost perfect. The host is very helpful!

The most beautiful house, and spectacular view. Lots of space both inside and outside. We was 13 people, and between 70 and 10 years old, and every one enjoy the beautiful house. We give our best recommendations. One thing, when the owner write that you need a car, than you have to listen, that was the only thing that we regretted , that we did not do. We had a lovely time despite it raining the entire week!. The villa was perfect for us as we had 3 generations all staying together and we were able to put the youngsters downstairs with the pool table which together with the table tennis was a godsend. View was amazing, pool area nice, didn’t use the summer kitchen as everyone wanted to sit where the view was (by the pool). The kitchen in the middle is well stocked. To reach the villa you have to drive up a steep hill, and there a lot of steps which were an issue with the older members of our family but we got around it - there are ramps for access to summer kitchen and pool from the driveway. You definitely need a car if you want to go out. All in all we had a lovely holiday, everyone was happy and comfortable. Our hosts were great at getting back to us and answering questions. We would stay again.

Nice, lots of space, everything for living was there. Only home coming was difficult 18 % of climing, especially with bisycles :)

My extended family (sisters, nephews, nice) and I have had a wonderful time at Villa Activa. Location is great, amenities are very good and the view is outstanding. Nick

We stayed with our three daughters and families to celebrate my birthday. The villa was very spacious and well equipped and everything was as shown on the website. The views over Denia were incredible! The beds were very comfortable. Everywhere was clean including the lovely pool. We would definitely recommend staying here.
