Spacious Villa with Private Pool close to Disney

Pool was dirty when we arrived. We were told it was to be cleaned every week. Had to make several calls to get cleaned. No net for skimming. Was the only thing we were not happy with.

The house was perfect for our needs . Convenient to drive to the parks and nearby restaurants.

We stayed for 3 weeks in July/August 2022 at this villa. There were 11 people in our group, ranging in age from 9 to 64 The positives The pictures do reflect how the villa looks. It has great amenities - the games room, good Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, good sized bedrooms, 4 of them with ensuite bathrooms. The family loved having breakfast at the huge kitchen island to plan our day. It was also perfect for evening drinks and games! The pool was lovely and warm, even though we didn’t have any heating (as we opted out). The shade from the tree was perfect! Check in instructions were clear and we liked not having to take a key out and about with us. The owner was responsive during the booking process and we didn’t need to contact them during our stay. The location of the villa is excellent. We had a rental van and could get to Disney in 10-20 mins and Universal in 25 mins. There’s loads of restaurants and shops nearby, just a quick journey by van. The not so positives The villa does need some minor TLC around the edges which I will feed back directly to the owner directly, nothing worth mentioning here or anything major. We would stay at this villa again.

Nicole was great with communication, the house was HUGE and super spacious and very well cleaned and maintained. Towels and kitchen amenities were all there and the pool and hot tub were a huge hit for our kids. Would definitely come back for the price and location and everything else. Most of the rooms had their own private bathroom as well which was amazing.

Annual end of the school year family getaway. After spending the previous 5 years at a different resort we decided to revisit Emerald Island. This home and the hosts provided my family with everything we needed and then some. The cleanliness of the home when we walked in was very welcoming which made it easy to keep it clean during our stay. The home was also stocked with starter essentials and plenty of cookware which are important when renting a home away from home. Even with one minor incident the hosts were quick to respond which added to the pleasantness of our trip. Thank you Nicole for your great communication, a great rental and helping make our visit back to Emerald Island Resort successful. I would definitely book again!

Property was in good location. Communication with owner was great. Had a few hiccups but owner made it right in the end. Says fully remolded but I feel like that’s a little questionable.
