Spacious Villa Walking Distance to Ocean

This villa has a great location for Coligny Plaza area and the public beach which were in easy walking distance. As three couples, we appreciated the bedroom/bathroom layouts. The owner was a great communicator throughout the whole process. In addition he was very responsive to a maintenance issue on our second day. The issue was addressed and fixed by late afternoon. Would recommend a stay here.

The location of the property was amazing. So close to the beach and shopping. The property grounds were beautiful! We even saw an alligator while sipping coffee on the balcony one morning! The unit itself could use some freshening up with new paint. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable and old. It also was not as clean as it could be. We booked this property because gym access was advertised. No gym. Access. 1 hour pre planned tennis lesson is all that was included.

This villa was the perfect size for our family of 5 ... very clean and comfortable! It was walking distance from Coligny shopping and eating, and the beach was a 12 min or so walk or a short drive away. The pool was terrific too ... loved having the option of a beach or pool day! Our stay at this villa made for a wonderful family vacation!

Our stay was very good, the property was excellent. We were happy with what was offered at the property, it offered lots of space and many accommodations. Especially if you have kids, there were many play areas very close for them to play outside. Plus the pool has a baby pool, very nice pools.

This place was pretty spacious and in a perfect location to many things. You can walk to one beach, but all easily accessible with a car. So many great restaurants and family fun. Dennis was great to work with. He communicated clearly and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with lots of cooking items to make a meal for your family. Would highly recommend this property. We all had a great time and would go back. The Hilton Head area is just a great place.

A week long stay for 4 adults & 3 children at a well kept, spacious place that is in close proximity to the beach and food places. The owner was very informative and communicated from the beginning to the end of the rental process. We will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to the island.

The condo was a great place to stay….the walk to the beach was harder with children with beach toys. We never found the tennis courts or saw a beach shuttle but a couple of times. Couldn’t find a shuttle schedule.

We had a great time. Short walk to pool and beach! All amenities for a relaxing week! Good communication with property manager before and during our stay. We would definitely book this property again!

Excellent place to stay. Great location. Host was very communicative. Checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed and that the condo was clean and didn’t need any maintenance. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Parking issue was resolved but had to watch for vehicle to move. With that being said, owner was receptive and quick to help with the issue. Very clean property, close to beach, shopping and restaurants.

Clean and quiet! Dennis is an excellent host. Highly recommend About a 7 minute walk to beach and coligny. Great playground for kids across the street !

The condo was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and rooms were a great size! Dennis is a great host and responded very quickly! The beach is a bit of a walk about 15min so for younger kids it might be a hike. Overall would definitely stay again

Great location and accommodations. Dennis was extremely responsive with any questions or needs we had. This was a family vacation and it was so nice for every bedroom to have its own bathroom. While it is within walking distance to things, we did usually bike or drive as parking wasn’t really an issue anywhere. Pool was close and very nice. For great seafood with a local flare, highly suggest Sea Shack!

This was our family's first trip to Hilton Head, and it was a wonderful vacation! Our villa was just as described online and perfect for our family. Dennis had excellent communication with clear check-in and check-out details. It was a bonus to find 5 beach chairs in the closet, available for our use. The pool is close by, and we enjoyed biking to the beach. We would be happy to stay here again if we come back!!

We really enjoyed our stay over 4th of July week here! The condo is in a perfect location for getting to Coligny Plaza, the beach, and bike riding trails. We rented bikes for the 8 of us ranging from 13 to adult and we were able to get everywhere so easily! We enjoyed using the gym (Spinnaker's) across the street and the tennis facility was very nice as well! We found the condo to be plenty spacious for us. It was wonderful having 3.5 baths for 8 people (especially with teenagers!). We found the condo to be well-appointed with everything we needed-including lightweight beach chairs that were easy to carry! The pool and grounds are well maintained, also. This was a perfect choice for us. Dennis is an excellent host as well. Great communication! Thank you, Dennis!

Property was near the beach and shopping stores, grocery stores and area was peaceful and quiet

Our family really enjoyed our time in Hilton head and our villa did not disappoint. We were very comfortable there and it provided everything we needed throughout our stay. We loved the close proximity to everything. Dennis was a great host and set us up perfectly.

My wife and our friends stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and our host gave us plenty of detail regarding check in and check out. The location of this condo is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I would totally recommend this place.
