Spacious villa in Amazing Solterra resort. South facing pool. Great family villa

The house is as described in the add. Great size to accommodate 2 families. House was very clean on arrival- there were vacuum lines in the carpet :) I liked that we had access to the mop/ broom/ vacuum so we could keep up with cleaning. The bedrooms were all spacious. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! South facing so sun all day. The green space/ water behind was great entertainment- watch for the alligator, turtles, ducks and cranes. The entrance to Solterra can get busy- so plan accordingly. Overall great stay.

Host was great, always replied within minutes. Overall house was nice, comfortable, theater was awesome, and the spa was great!

The house was absolutely amazing. The host was absolutely amazing. Responded within seconds to anything. I have questions about. I absolutely love this house. We will definitely book again. Pictures don’t do the house any justice absolutely beautiful.

We loved this house .We had a party of 8 ranging from 2-54Enough room to spread out. Plenty of space and then some ….Great game room , pool and hot tub . Media room super fun awesome seats .Neighborhood pool lazy River & heated pool was a bonus

The stay was great and the house was very nice the kids loved the pool hot tub game room and movie theater room. Host was very nice and was great at responding to questions.

This property felt a little tired and for the price we expected a bit more. Having rented our own property in Orlando for many years, we expected as little more for the price paid. The agent was polite but very unhelpful when we called. Pros • Great area and sun throughout the day • Spacious rooms • Great games room and cinema area • Trash removed daily • Excellent laundry facilities • Kitchen well stocked apart from wine glasses • We felt safe due to security at the front gate • Plenty of supermarkets/restaurants/coffee shops within 10 minutes drive. • Well located for the parks • Safe area Cons • Property could have been cleaner (stains on sofa/ refrigerator front/bathroom wall • Bedside tables very worn on top • Most shutter blinds need to be fixed/replaced • Pool area was dirty and not been hosed down for a long time. Dirt built up along all edges of the lanai • Torn pool net, so hard to clean pool • Two wine glasses on arrival. Agents said he was aware but we'd have to buy our own as the owners were not going to replace until we left! • No BBQ hire, even though one arrived for the next guests the day before we left! • Broken lanai door lock had to be tied up to stop it banging in the wind • Communal resort facilities quite tired This wasn't a bad property but a bit of extra care and attention is needed throughout, especially for the price we paid.

The villa was ok but, for us and in our opinion just a little tired for the money it cost. The cinema room was a hit with everyone albeit there were missing controllers so we had to get up to turn the sound up or down, and getting the system to work was sometimes challenging. The games room had things that didn't work well, the Air Hockey table seemed to only work one side and the pool table had issues etc. The cleanliness could have been better, sticky banisters and doors and the dining room table still had crumbs from the last guest's. However, the property manager was the best I've experienced. He would also respond very quickly to our requests like pool heat etc. Also fair to say he would have probably sorted all the issues but I don't want to spend my holiday dealing with it all.

Great place for teens. Movie theater was a hit. House is pretty well stocked. Consider bringing some extra pots, pans, etc if cooking for a large group. A grill would be a nice addition to property. Parking is tough but manageable. Only 2 spots at house and other parking is street parking in designated parking spots. Neighborhood will only issue 5 parking passes. Great value for the area.

Super easy process. David was very responsive. We loved the house! Plenty of space and lots of options for fun! Highly recommend!
