Stayed Apr 13, 2025The location was excellent for this group of 3 couples in their 70's and 80's. Close to all the attractions we wanted to see and very close for those who want to go to Disney. The private pool was excellent! Very clean. As for the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, we were very disappointed. Broken shower head that was duct taped, shower curtains that had mold at the bottom, AC vents that were caked with dust as well as the ceiling fan in the first bedroom. Most of the baseboards were dirty and all bathrooms needed attention due to grout and caulking already black. As adults we managed but this property needs a deep cleaning and lawn and yard maintenance. A dirty rag was outside the screened in area as well as an empty bag of chips. Pool furniture very old and not well maintained. The price was very reasonable but this property needs lots of TLC. Sorry
