Spacious Family Villa with Private Pool Near Disney – Welcome to Villa Dutchess

Villa Dutchess feels like home every time we stay. Comfortable and fully equipped, with a spacious pool and a peaceful garden bordering a nature reserve. Perfectly located near parks, shops, and restaurants. Communication with owners, Frans and Alice, is excellent. We’ve stayed three times and will gladly keep it in mind for future trips.

The house was clean and just as described. We enjoyed our stay very much and the owner was very responsive. It was close to the parks and having our own pool after long hot days at the parks was a treat! Nice quiet neighborhood and the green space behind the house was lovely. We would stay again!

My husband and I stayed here Jan-March 2025.Very quiet neighborhood. The house was exactly what was expected with a few bonuses ( spices available , and books to read )The furniture was comfortable and the house was clean.The pool was great , floating around on hot days after playing a round of golf at one of several close golf courses was a treat.The management company was prompt with our one issue.The owner kept us informed about anything that happened in Florida ( hurricanes). Also were available to ask about anything in the area , restaurants ectDefinitely will go back in future trips.

The house is well decorated and offers everything you could ask for! The pool heat was a bit chilly the first two days, but someone came out and adjusted the settings and it was a beautiful temperature shortly after that. The house is an easy drive to Disney and is close to many stores and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked, but we couldn’t find a pizza pan or blender. No biggie, but for those that may want/need the items, you may want to bring your own. The grill was also not in the yard that was pictured, but maybe you have to rent one from a separate company? Again we didn’t need it so it wasn’t a big deal to us. We enjoyed our stay and we hope to visit this home again in the near future!

The location was great. It was close to some of our favorite locations to eat. The place was exactly like the pictures on the website.

The villa is outstanding, its exactly as described on the website. The villa was really clean, spacious and was furnished with everything you could possibly want. From the kitchen with every pot and pan and utensil you could want through to the pool with chairs and sun loungers. It was like living at a family home for the whole holiday. Having two showers and two toilets is really great esp if you have a large family. Everyone that stayed thought that the property was brilliant esp having the undercover area outside where where ate all our meals together, in the evening you could put on the cute fairy lights and have a nice relaxing drink. The kids loved the pool (and me!!) too. The villa is located about 30 mins from the main theme parks, the main interstate to the theme parks can get busy so just give yourself a little more time. We have no complaints of any nature and didnt want or need any thing else. Brilliant, really recommend this property and if we ever come back to Orlando we will be sure to book here.

We are home from 15 nights at this villa, it was clean, very spacious and comfortable. We all loved relaxing here, watching the wildlife in the morning from the pool area and enjoying the peaceful location. Beds comfortable for everyone and kitchen sufficiently equipped. We would ? stay again! Restaurants a short 5 mins drive away as is Publix. Location to the parks was ok, due to roadworks it did take us longer than expected but this couldn’t be helped and hopefully will be finished soon. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely holiday home. We hope to come back soon. ?

House was well maintained and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and lots more besides! Pool was lovely and very clean. Added bonus were the sandhill cranes that visited the front lawn most days.

We recently stayed at this beautiful villa in Davenport with our two kids (ages 4 and 7), and it was an great experience! The villa was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, making it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the owners was a breeze – they were always prompt and very pleasant to deal with. Our family had a fantastic time and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended!
