Spacious country house with pool, barbecue, family friendly!

Our stay was wonderful! The Villa was comfortable, very clean and well appointed. Easy access to the property. Very safe. Communication was excellent. Pool was great. We highly recommend.

Villa was spacious and clean. Outdoor area was fabulous. One bedroom doesn’t have air conditioning. Perhaps ceiling fans would be a good option. Great accommodation for our family if 4 with teenagers. Pool was awesome too.

Firstly from initial booking to arrival was dealt with expertly by Tobias with detailed instructions and all questions answered . Our greeting on arrival at the villa was as warm as the Italian weather, with fruit wine, water and focaccia waiting for us and Lucia went out of her way to make sure we knew where everything was and had everything we needed. The villa itself has everything you would need , it has beautifully manicured gardens, a great pool area loads of space for kids to play and apart from one very small step is all level paving and fantastically clean and tidy . Outside speakers provide bluetooth music, there is a tv outside also and lights and electrical points in abundance, which means that evenings are beautifully lit and with two dining areas to choose from plus a BBQ area , if you wanted to dine in then its like being out . The kitchen inside the villa is equipped with literally everything you need , including local olive oil and tea and coffee and and large fridge freezer for the essential cold beers. I haven't a negative thing to say , for a countryside location, in a typically Italian country property with so much space, its the perfect family getaway but you are only minutes drive away from some scintillating towns , such as Carvigno, San Vito de Normandei , Ostuni , with an abundance of great restaurants, literally hundreds. Less than 40 minutes away are Monopoli and Alberrobello , mix into that some great coastline and beaches and that's your holiday full ! For the money one of the best stays I've had , thank you to all involved .x

We had an amazing time in the villa. In reallife its even better than the photographs: especially the garden and pool. Beaches are nearby, only a 10/15min drive by car.

Fantastic super villa with everything you need for a great stay. We arrived late and were left great foccacia and wine as well as loads of fruit. The outside space was superb with a pool and plenty of room for the children. We will definitely return.

This villa is MUCH better than the pictures in the listing imply. The garden which has an irrigation system is beautiful. The patio areas, garden areas, two outdoor dining areas, barbrcue, table tennis table, EVERYTHING is much better than the impression the photos give. The owners who met us at the property are lovely and helpful. They left us wine, water and a huge basket of fruit. The villa is spotless. The beaches and local towns are spectacular.... nicest beaches in Italy, but the countryside is flat and not as pretty as the countryside in Abruzzo, Tuscany, Umbria, Sicily or around the Italian Riviera But 11 out of 10 for the villa. Outstanding

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay in this villa. The villa is lovely inside, but the outside is spectacular, with beautiful gardens, outdoor sound speakers and the pool is great. The owners are so very nice, (much appreciated welcome pack of home grown olive oil, fresh fruit and wine, thank you ) and really helpful - especially when we needed a doctor , they themselves took us, we really can’t praise them or the villa enough.
