Spacious, comfortable villa, sea view, quiet location between beaches and countryside

This is my 3rd time with Lea and Jean Yves. One couldnot find nicer people. The house is beautiful. The grounds are private and beautiful too. And if you like apples, come in September. There are thousands. If you stay there, search out the shrine of St Weditt.( excuse my spelling] .

Outstanding !! We stayed at the house for one week end ofJune. We are two befriended families, altogether 8 people. The house is perfect for a big group, well kept, tasteful decorated and very clean. The garden is just beautiful and the view of the bay of Audierne is wonderful. The hosts Léa and Jean-Yves are very friendly and welcoming.

I will try and summarise what is a superlative property and wonderful holiday experience. First, the house is of the highest standard, both in terms of its build quality and furnishing and the location. Second, the owners are simply wonderful people who cannot do enough to make sure that you have a wonderful holiday but also respect your privacy. Highly recommended.

Outstanding property in the most amazing location with views stretching over the bay. Short walking distance to the white sands beach with crystal clear waters. Great family holiday, would recommend to anyone. Property owners very welcoming with great communication

Beautiful location overlooking the bay of Audierne with its pristine beaches. The house has everything that you could want and more! It really was so homely it made us relax even more and you really never need to leave the house except to get food! The owner was lovely and very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This is a wonderful house - well equipped, comfortable rooms and beds and all our family (7 adults and a 2 year old) fitted in easily. Beautiful view over the bay of Audierne and the beach just a 5 minute walk away. Large interesting garden and large patio area for outside eating. The photos on the website are very accurate but it is even better when you arrive.The welcome from the owners was so friendly ( brought us local crepes) - they obviously wanted us to have a wonderful, unforgettable holiday - which we did! Thorougly recommend this house - and we want to return.

Had a fabulous 2 weeks stay at this property. Would recommend it to anyone. Had 11 of us staying in the house with no problems at all. Beautiful landscaped gardens. Within walking distance to the beach, where we regularly took our kayaks. We enjoyed - Locronan, Quimper, Pont Croix, local beaches, Menez Dregan, Penmarc'h lighthouse and much more. The owners are lovely, using every effort to make our stay a good one.

We had a lovely holiday stay in this house. It has everything a family needs, we have a 1 1/2 yr old and we were provided with all the baby things needed. Comfortable, with good size beds, tastefully decorated, beautiful sea views, great safe garden for the kids to run around in. The only single missing item was access to the Internet, but otherwise, perfect. The area has great soft sand beaches and short drives to surrounding attractions and shopping. The owners were very kind and helpful. We loved it and would highly recommend it.

Great, safe, private garden for the kids to run around in with swings and fruit trees. The area is peaceful, has lovely soft sand beaches and short drives to attractions and shopping. The owners were kind and helpful. We loved it and would recommended to everyone.
