In a peaceful and safe location along a freshwater canal, our vacation home offers the perfect retreat for relaxation and comfort. This spacious house features three well-appointed bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, a second with a queen-size bed, and a third with two twin beds.
The open living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a separate dining area, and a generous living room. Additionally, there is a cozy second living space that serves as a fireplace room, adding warmth and charm. For your convenience, the house is equipped with everything you need, from linens and towels to beach chairs and umbrellas. A utility room with a washer and dryer is also available.
On the covered patio, you can enjoy the tranquil canal setting. With a south-facing pool area, you can bask in Florida's sunshine year-round.

The property was very nice, quiet neighborhood, spacious home, great patio and pool area! Unfortunately our stay involved the polar vortex as the temps were in the 30's and 40's at night and the 50's and 60's during the day, no fault of the property but we did 'nt get to use the amenities and got charged extra for turning up the heat on a cold night

Inside is unique with all its knick knacks. Quite spacious. Could use some modernization. The location was great. Centrally located. Easy access to all sorts of shopping. Hospital close by (which we had to use). The neighborhood was quiet, is what we like. Enjoyed the canal very much.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Home had an adequate supply of cook wear and plenty of beach towels. Pool was a little cold for our taste, we were here a week in January .The home is beautiful with lovely furnishings. Would stay again when in area.
