The open plan layout of this four bedroom, three bathroom home will appeal to a variety of guests.
The entrance lounge is the first room to greet you with seating and a window looking out over the pool deck.
To the left is the formal dining room that seats six guests.
To the right is the master bedroom, King-size bed, wall mounted tv, door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom.
The centrally placed kitchen has all theappliances, gadgets and equipment you are likely to need if you choose to cook, counter top seating for 4 people will be the perfect place to chat.
The second lounge is at the back of the villa and has two three piece sofas and once accent chair, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the south west facing pool which has seating and loungers. The yard is fully enclosed with a vinyl privacy fence.
