Stayed Dec 26, 2025We had a wonderful stay! The layout of the home was perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed so everyone had room to relax and enjoy time together. The pool and spa were definite highlights and were used every day. They added so much to the experience and made our stay feel extra special. Our family truly enjoyed this home and made some great memories here. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

Stayed Dec 21, 2025Host was great and responded immediately to all our special requests. Property was absolutely stunning with large private rooms for each guest and couple with the exception of the kids sharing two designated kid rooms.Games and arcade room shared and enjoyed by all. Resort was in walking distance of home.

Stayed Dec 6, 2025The house was spectacular! It was clean, spacious, and had all the move-in necessities, and the listing was accurate. The staff helped accommodate a baby, and everything was in place upon our arrival. If I could rate this home, I would give it a 20!!!! We will be back.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025Our vacation stay was amazing! The house is beautiful and has everything you need to be away from home. We had our family reunion of 14 people, including the kids and everyone had their own room and bathroom. Owner and property managers provided more then you expect and were quick to respond to anything we needed. Cooking was a breeze and the big kids loved the play room. The pool was a hit, especially after coming back from the Disney parks. We would definitely recommend this house and will book again in the future. Loved it!

Stayed Jun 11, 2025We have stayed at many vacation houses and this one really did give us the space we needed for a large group. We loved the open kitchen area and large table to accommodate 20 people. The pool had many chairs for everyone to lay out and the tv out was an added plus. One dislike was the pool light didn’t work for us but it wasn’t something the stopped the vacation. Owner was very accommodating with the check in process and management was great.

The rooms are nicely decorated, and the two laundry rooms and fridges were a big help. The owner and property manager were helpful and responsive to our questions. Property was close to Disney and Universal as stated. The owner and Property Manager were very friendly, helpful and proactive during our stay.

Stayed Jan 23, 2025We went down to Florida for a veterinary conference. Eight co workers. The house was nice and spacious giving us each our own space to decompress after long hours at the convention. I have been renting houses in Florida for years and this is one of the few houses that we have had no trouble with the pool heat! It was so nice to be able to enjoy the hot tub after a long day. The kitchen is huge and has all the necessary cookware, including a crockpot! The host was very easy to communicate with and responded to any questions we had very quickly. She also let us have late check out which we were so grateful for as we had a later flight. Highly recommend staying here

Stayed Dec 20, 2024Every 4 years we gather for family Christmas and have had great times and made memories. This trip was no exception. The house is beautiful and accurately depicted. It's located close to many attractions and shopping. The community amenities were a bonus. If i had to give a negative it would be the traffic getting into the resort as, quite often, it was terrible with people passing in the turn lane and blocking oncoming traffic. This is in no way a complaint about the house but falls on the people driving(a problem everywhere in Florida as we found out) . We loved our stay and would return.

Stayed Nov 30, 2024We like to take our dad and our family on a trip every year and this year we chose this area of Florida. The weather was relatively cool so we spent a lot of time in this home and in the neighborhood. The home is spacious and well-appointed. The pictures are exactly what you’ll find. The neighborhood and resort pool area are well maintained. Best of all, Pat was pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. We would definitely rent here again.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024Our family of 10 had an amazing vacation in this home. This property was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. We are all adults and everyone had their own personal space. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool and outside living area. It was a perfect place to gather after a busy day. Pat the owner was fantastic from the moment we booked until the end of our trip. Pat answered every question/email we had promptly. Stayed Jun 20, 2024If you are looking for a place to stay for your next family vacation, then look no further. From the initial booking until checking out, the owner and their home exceeded our expectations. The home was larger enough to hangout together for game night and family meals yet still had room for you to retreat for some quiet time. The home was clean and had everything we could have needed. All pots and pans for cooking, TVs in every room and outside, games, and the two refrigerators and two laundry rooms was a plus and needed for a larger family. The instructions provided covered all possible details for checking in, checking out and everything in between. We will definitely return next time we are in the Orlando area.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024We were a group of 15 including 5 adult couples and 5 children aged 8-16 years. And let me tell you this house never felt cramped. There was so much space to be together when we wanted to be. And plenty of off-shoot fun spaces like the pool, game room, and upstairs family room to break off into smaller groups, but still feel connected. Another reason this house is a gem is because the back faces a pond and farmland. It was beautiful to have this view. We often gathered on the porch in the mornings and evenings to watch the cranes and owls and listen to the frogs after the rain. This was my very first Vrbo booking and Patricia was a fantastic communicator. She provided all the necessary information we needed to make our stay the best. The entire family had a wonderful stay. And we will definitely be booking again!
