Stayed Apr 19, 2025The condo itself was fine, clean and comfortable with decent kitchen equipment and a nice roof top deck. As of April 2025, there is on-going construction, literally just a few steps away from the front of the unit. You can see the site and its dumpster out of the living room window. Construction noise starts at 7:30 or so, and woke everyone up, and made it impossible to enjoy the living room area. After alerting the host, Town Properties, they found a nearby condo for us to move to within the day. That condo was lovely, spacious, clean, and quiet.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024We had a great stay. The place was perfect for us. The elevator was essential for my in-laws who are in their 70s. The rooftop space was beautiful and the place was very clean. Communication with towns property was easy and they responded quickly. Great experience. Chihuly and Biltmore was amazing too!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024This was a nice property for our stay in Asheville for a family wedding. The location was great. We were able to walk to many restaurants and bars. The place was clean and well furnished. It was easy to get into. It has a great rooftop. Overall a great stay.

Stayed Jun 26, 2024The house was clean and seemed almost new. It's a 10 minute walk to most of downtown and a 5 minute walk to more breweries than you should visit in one day. Sunsets on the rooftop were a big plus.
