Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire finca: garden, private 70 m² pool, sunny terraces and indoor common areas. At Son Seriol, sustainability is not an extra it is the very essence of the experience. The entire finca runs on 100% renewable solar energy, with efficient aerothermal climate control, its own water well and a rainwater collection system, minimizing environmental impact. The house features a modern aerothermal climate system, with air distribution and individual control in each bedroom. Unlike traditional split air conditioning, this solution is silent, sustainable and may take a little longer to reach the desired temperature, but it ensures comfort while respecting the environment. The property is equipped with high speed Wi Fi throughout, bed linen, towels and amenities included. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. For added convenience, additional cleaning service is available on request. Guests also benefit from a free electric vehicle charging point (available during the day). For families, a safety fence can be installed around the pool if requested at least 3 days in advance.

A car is essential to move freely around the island and to reach the finca. Access is very easy from the Palma Alcúdia motorway, and Son Seriol offers private parking space within the property. For stays without a car, the most practical option is rental at the airport or in Palma, although it is also possible to arrive by taxi or by train to Inca (5 km away), which provides connections to the rest of the island.
