Unit 21 was nice but the furniture is chosen for younger people. As seniors we found it insufficiently supportive and comfortable.

The only thing to be aware of is that there is no dishwasher, in case that is important to you.

The unit I was in was dirty when I arrived. Floor had not been vacuumed and dishes in the cupboard were dirty. For $3,000 per week, the place should be spotless. Unit is painted a caramel color and is gloomy, even with all the curtains open. I would be happy to stay at Sleepy Hollow again, but would choose a different unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay at Sleepy Hollow and we loved it as always. The unit was clean and well stocked, and we had a great time. I was disappointed that there were pictures of chairs for outdoor seating out front, and a table & chairs on the patio of our unit out back, but our unit had neither when we arrived and we had to eat our meals inside for the first time ever at SH. I do like to get what is advertised when I select a unit. Otherwise, we loved it!

Easy to rent and SUPER close to Lake Michigan access. No hot water in bathroom sink and bed mattress kind of hard and lumpy. But I enjoyed the property very much. Beautiful!

Reasonable price for 1 bedroom with daybed. Enough space for 3 of us. Nice kitchen. Private patio with grill. Seating inside not super comfortable-a bit like a dorm room. Floors/rugs could have used a washing. An extra mirror besides the bathroom would have been good for 3 ladies getting ready. Garbage next to buildings were all locked so we had to drive bags up to front of resort to dispose of. Great shopping, restaurants and things to do within 10 minutes! I would recommend for adults and families during off season.

Ant problem that we handled ourselves because we didn't report it because we did not want the condo sprayed while we were occupying.

I enjoyed my time at the property the neighbors were very nice although the office was closed so it was hard to get in touch with some people but it was great!
