This little community is perfect for families. There's enough to do with the kids when you don't have any other plans that you can spend the whole day here. Most things were in good working order. The kitchen was graciously stocked. We did find ants in the unit on our arrival and the staff were quick to act. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus after a day at the lake. The pool was beautiful and the lake was so close and accessible.

Sleepy Hollow grounds were beautiful, and Terrace 16 was well located near the office and pool, with nice outdoor areas in the front and back of the condo. Inside the condo looked like what we expected from the images. The kitchen is small, but that was ok for us. Downstairs laundry was great for our stay!

The beach is gorgeous and steps away, the pool is fun for all. There is ping pong, basketball and a little green for kids.
