Stayed Jul 30, 2025Everything was nice but. I think you are need to invest in a shuttle the parking for the amount of guest was terrible and the towing of the vechile will make customers not enjoy there vacation because most of the guest was disabled

Stayed Jun 22, 2025My location was changed with NO notice by the owner. My family was set to be Nextdoor with other friends and family. We did not realize this until we reached a different location. The bedding was dirty. The dryer did not work and owner only sent clean sheets for two beds for a 12 bedroom home. The owner NEVER informed us that we could go through VRBO to potentially be relocated. Our family vacation was ruined!

Stayed Dec 21, 2023Upon arrival we discovered a cleaning lady pulling up to rush and try to clean the house. We checked in at 7pm which is 3 hours after the required check-in time. There was food on the floors, walls, and tables. The bedsheets in most rooms had not been washed and it was hair, crumbs, stains, and smells in the beds. We found all these things between 10pm-12am and out of courtesy I waited until 8am to notify the owners/managers. Upon notification they told me they would’ve sent a cleaning lady back out at midnight which would’ve displaced our party and that since I didn’t tell them the first night I wouldn’t get a refund. We arrived at 7pm and left at 11am the next morning yet they still refuse to refund the remaining days. Not even the full amount just the 4 remaining nights of our stay. Bad business and cleanliness was the worst I’ve seen in my years traveling.
