Skiathos Repos Villas - luxurious villa in Ag. Paraskevi

Second time we have stayed here really love the villa , size , pool and style , sofia is very helpful and nothing is to much trouble , about a mile from the beach so might need a car ( we did ) but so easy to walk plenty of restaurants nearby, spoilt for choice , would definitely stay again.

There are two villas next to each other but they are a good distance apart and each very private. We have stayed in both (returned after our first family holiday here in 2024). The villas are in a peaceful area with views of the hills. A very relaxing getaway. Sofia is very friendly, kind and happy to help with whatever you may need. The villa is clean, spacious and comfortable with lovely decor. Lots of space outside to sunbathe, enjoy a peaceful morning coffee, eat lunch, dry clothes etc and our children love the large private pool! A flat 15-20 minute walk takes you to Agia Paraskevi beach with beautiful clear waters. Before you reach the beach there are some great family restaurants and a small supermarket. We highly recommend the restaurant Mesostrata. Visiting Skiathos town is a must for the picturesque harbour, shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars.A perfect holiday!Thank you Sofia!

Special villa holiday Last one with the family all together. Back home to see where dad is.

The villa was lovely. We used the upstairs bedrooms as only 4 of us stayed. The beds were very comfortable and the whole villa was spotless and had air conditioning. Pool was crystal clear but as we went at end of May it was cold (as you would expect that time of year). There is a lovely outside area with relaxed wicker chairs and dining table and chairs with outside kitchen where we used the BBQ. We didn't use the basement bedroom so can't comment on that, but it would be useful to have a washing machine down there in the utility. Sophia and her husband couldn't have done more for us. They even posted our earpods that we had accidentally left at the Villa back home to us!!! Thank you from Kevin and Anne xx

Sophia the owner was a star and made our stay perfect, the villa and location is very peaceful and the pool is great too, it’s a bit of a walk to the first restaurant but down a very quiet lane so no problem.

Sophia was a fantastic host and went above and beyond from meeting us at the airport to arranging a food order for our late arrival, we would definitely recommend the villa. The location was quiet and beautiful in a rural setting and with local tavernas within a 10 to 15 minute walk. The villa is ideal for groups of friends and well equipped Pete & Jayne Townsend

I would like to think this is a positive review with some constructive observations It was lovely of Sofia to meet us at the airport and to show the way to the Villa, this is above and beyond. The villa & pool are lovely, some of the beds were comfy but the lower level bedroom beds were not so. The location is a little out of the way, car hire is a necessity but we liked that it was remote but not too far. The lane it is located on has some the best Taverna's we have ever eaten at on the Island. Constructive observations - the villa accommodates 6/7 people but only 4 sun beds round the pool so with 5 in our party this meant one family member had to sit in a chair. There were things missing from the utilities list on arrival, no kettle or safe and many of the bulbs not working inside & out. Sofa did supply the kettle and some of the bulbs were replaced within 24 hours. A safe was delivered and left on the kitchen side which was of no use as the safe needs to be anchored to a surface to be used adequately. The toilet in the lower room was leaking which was reported and not repaired even though we had told Sofia my elderly father had slipped in that room. The bathroom sink in the high level bathroom was also leaking and was repaired on the 2nd visit. There was someone else' underwear left in one of the drawers so basically what I am saying is the property was not thoroughly checked before we arrived which is the disappointing thing for us as we liked the Villa itself.

Beautiful villa near some excellent beaches and resturaunts. Lovely host. This is the best villa pool we have ever had, clean, good size and great design.

Sofia is a fabulous lady and she looked after us very well nothing was too much trouble. Sofia is very kind and say’s to call her anytime if you need anything. She took my husband to the shop on our first night and brought him back. The villa is amazing very clean, spacious and comfortable will be definitely staying in Sofias villa every year from now on. We also have lots of friends who would like to stay here. Our holiday was fabulous.
