Skiathos luxury beachfront Villa Alma, Steps to the beach, 10 min drive to Town.

Kalamaki peninsula and Vromolinmos beach (we call it Vrom beach) where villa Alma is located is a very privileged and unique location on Skiathos island.
Vrom beach in front of the villa, is a south west facing lovely sandy beach, enjoying the sun all day long and facing the sunset. The sea water is crystal clear and calm, making it ideal for families and for passionate swimmers.
Kalamaki peninsula is the shot after area for the privileged villas on the island because they are blessedto be located within pine forest, olive groves and by the sea, enjoying stunning sea views and proximity to some of the famous Skiathos sandy beaches. Additionally, this area is set in the middle of the main Skiathos road that leads from the airport and the town to the other end where the famous Koukounaries beach can be reached, making it very easy to travel either away, both Skiathos Town and Koukounaries beach are at 7km, or 10 minutes drive away from villa Alma.
There is a sea sports center on Vrom beach and a taverna and beach bar. There are 4 more beaches, Kanapitsa, Tzaneria, Kolios and Agia Paraskevi beach all 4 with tavernas, and sea sports at 5 minutes drive from the villa, or a 15 minutes walk.
A super market, the bus stop 13, an ATM and a taverna are located at the end of the drive to the main road, less than 10 minutes walk from the villa.
What makes villa Alma magical is that all rooms enjoy an unobstructed view of the Aegean sea and the beach, all along with convenience and warmth.
The villa is built on 3 levels. All sitting and dinning rooms, bedrooms, 3 of the 4 bathrooms, terraces, patios, balconies have sea view and natural light throughout the day. The walk to the beach is through the garden of Villa Alma. Steps lead down to a paved private road and via a side path to Vromolimnos beach. Altogether it is less than a 5' walk.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms but could be made available in May or October, for smaller groups at an adjusted rate upon request, because it can be split in two parts. The upper part includes 3 bedrooms on level 1 and 2 and can accommodate 6 persons. On level 3, bedroom/suite 4 can be rented separately and can accommodate 2 person. Please inquire.
At the lower part of the property, below the villa, there is a garden studio, with separate access to the villa and without compromising the villa privacy, where the owner might be saying during rental periods of the villa.
