Skiathea Villas are situated in a fabulous raised position of Koumarorachi hill overlooking the brilliant blue sea at Agia Paraskevi and Troulos bays on the stunning Greek island of Skiathos. Our luxury accommodation is suitable for everyone who enjoys spending time together with their friends, for couplesand families.Special care has been given to the private pool area (40 sqmt) that offers the best views in Skiathos.

It is 1 km far from the sea and 0,5 km far from the central road of Skiathos (easy track road). Each villa within the complex is carefully designed to offer a luxurious, yet relaxed feeling to their guests.

Villa A is comprised of 3 separate luxury apartments sharing an excellent outdoor space with a beautiful terrace, superb private swimming pool with a shaded pergola, sun loungers and comfy poufs and breathtaking views. The villa sleeps 6 guests.. The villa offers peace and tranquility yet easy access to the resort amenities. Both Troulos and Agia Paraskevi beaches are close by with various restaurants and bars.

The first apartment within the villa offers a comfortable, serene living room with a sofa bed, a modern kitchen (electric hob, microwave, fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine included), wooden floor bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, safe deposit box, a smart TV and a lovely bathroom with shower. The apartment area is 65 sqm.

The second apartment is designed in studio style with a mini fridge, double bed, bathroom and of course HI-FI stereo, safe deposit box and flat smart TV. This studio area is at 20 sqm.

The third 35 sqm apartment is again studio style with a mini fridge, double bed, bathroom with shower, safe deposit box, flat smart TV and HI-FI stereo. This apartment also has an outdoor shaded lounge area.

There is a private pool (40 sqmt) facing the infinite blue sea. Pool towels are provided.
