Siesta Key 3BR Villa - Pool & Dock Access in Polynesian Gardens

We chose this property for how it looked prior to the renovation because it had handicap accessible features such as a seat in the shower and assistance bar on the wall. Upon arrival to our surprise the bathrooms looked completely different with no seat or bar. I contacted the host and they offered to rent us a shower chair for a fee. I had to tell them that we had no control over their choice to renovate after we booked. They then agreed to eat the cost of the 30 dollar shower chair, which was very much appreciated by us. Another issue is the listing says the beach is a 6 minute walk. Again, we chose this property to make it easier to push our handicapped family members to the beach in their wheelchairs. We discovered that, yes, the beach is a 6 minute walk but only if you enter through private beach access associated with a resort. We ended up having to push the empty wheelchairs 15 minute walk to the nearest public beach access, have someone stay with the chairs while the other walked 15 minutes back, drive the handicapped members to the chairs, park the car, then push them onto the beach. Then we discovered that we were not allowed on that section of the beach even though the access point was public! It worked out that we got a small sliver of public beach about 30 feet away from where we originally settled. All that is to say… this property was clean, very nice back patio and pool, the kitchen has everything you could ever need, but if you have handicap people beware.

The villa was beautiful and very well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living space was clean and nicely decorated, and the patio outside was a nice place to have coffee. Highly recommend this Siesta Key gem!

This place is amazing! We loved it and plan to return next year. The villa is beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. The beds were comfortable and inviting, with plenty of pillows and lovely throw pillows, perfect for lazy mornings. The garden patio was lush and shady; perfect for outside meals and together time. The pool was a great place to relax and meet new friends. The owner/manager was very accessible and helped make our stay a great experience. The community was family-oriented and very friendly. There is a dock that looks over the intercoastal where one can watch for birds and marine life and enjoy the sun setting. Siesta Key (public access #12) is within walking distance. So are restaurants and shops. The larger public beach, additional restaurants, and shops can be reached by trolley. The property included a beach buggy, chairs, umbrella, and towels. Truly, this property is amazing!

We had a great time at this property. It is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. The community pool Is only steps away in the backyard. The others who live and rent in the area are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting nearby areas of Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, Lido Island and Brandenton.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very comfortable, overall very clean, beautifully decorated and extremely well stocked! There was an obvious effort to have lots of items in the kitchen and the bedrooms to have a very relaxed stay. There were also games and beach toys available. Loved the communal pool! It was heated too! Within easy walking distance to a lovely beach.

Pleasantly surprised and vey pleased! Lil Nauti was perfect for our family, the house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool and just a few step away and grounds were beautiful and lush. And people are so friendly everywhere! Would go back again. Our own personal paradise!

The whole place was adorable. The kitchen was so well equipped, everything was clean, beds were very cozy! the only thing that I would say is that there were only black out shades in 1 of the 3 rooms. we would totally stay here again!

Wow, this place is incredible. Beautifully appointed, clean, spacious, decor is great. The pool is steps away and the patio area is great for a bbq and relaxing. I would stay here again hands down. Did not want to leave!! Easy to get to beach and the village etc, but much more peaceful than being in one of the big resorts. Oh and the neighbors are great too. 5 stars for sure.
