Stayed Jun 15, 2024My reservation was cancelled 25 hours before check in with no explanation when asked for one and no effort to repair the situation. We were very excited to stay here and very disappointed that it was cancelled last minute.

Stayed Mar 4, 202512 hours before our arrival time we receive an email from the Anna that after the 1st night we would have to checkout and change rooms. This was going to be a huge inconvenience to us. We had planned on skiing all day and had purchased groceries as well. We tried to explain this and Anna was unapologetic and did not care the inconvenience would cause us. Luckily for us we had a very kind gentlemen help us at check-in and worked with the owners management to arrange for us to stay in the same room. I see there was another review for Anna where she canceled their reservation entirely 24 hours out. Luckily for us this did not happen but renters beware.Hotel is great and staff was lovely and you can not beat the location!
