Seminyak, 3 BR Villa Only 6 Minutes Walk to Beach, Close to Amenities

The photos of this villa don't do it justice. It is just beautiful, an oasis away from the hustle of Seminyak. Some quick tips for future visitors, the gogek drivers do find it difficult to locate when ordered - we found it easier to go to the rear of Starbucks (short walk), take plenty of mosquito repellant, the rooms are definitely not mozzy proof. The host is lovely, as is the cleaning lady and night security guy.

We had a lovely stay, the photos are true to form, the villas are cleaned daily and the cleaning lady is lovely. The owner greeted us himself and was prompt with all communication. It is however not a 6 min walk to the beach, (when we asked the owner he said it was 18 mins, so I don't know why the site lists it as 6 min walk to the beach.) There are lots of restaurants about 5-10 mins walk on the road that leads towards the beach and one or two are closer. We caught Gojek bikes down to the beach using the app to avoid them putting their prices up.

Lovely spot. Two found the beds a bit hard but otherwise it was a fabulous place to just chill out and relax

Beautiful spacious villa with lovely pool..close to everything and very quiet.Excellent value for money and would definatly stay here again.

The villa was beautiful and as lovely as the photos presented. The host and caretakers for the villa were kind and accommodating. We were able to get around by foot for meals and shopping and our drivers for day tours had no problem picking us up from the gate. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing host and staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was close enough to walk everywhere. Host Ketuk kindly allowed a very late checkout (4pm). Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here. Villa was exactly like the pictures, very clean, host was easy to get a hold Of a helped with what we needed. Pool and whole property was perfect. Location was very close to shops and about a 15 minute walk to the beach but drivers/cabs are everywhere, if you do not want to walk. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook, need to buy spices, sugar etc. I would highly recommend this property.

What an incredible stay we had Villa Domus de Janas. The place is immaculate, daily cleaning by the most beautiful kind women. Ketut was so easy to communicate with and was so prompt with answers to queries and assistance. The Villa is located walking distance to the beach as well as a whole array of restaurants, shops and stalls. The Villa itself is quiet and when there we felt like we were a world away from the hustle and bustle of busy Seminyak. We loved loved our stay and can’t wait to go back xx

Our stay here was amazing! Everything was clean and looked like the pictures. The only thing was that the surround sound was broken even though it is listed as part of the ad.

Everything is good and had a great time during our stay. Nice pool and garden. Will surely recommend to friends and family. The staff are so nice.
