Semi-secluded 3 Bed, 2 bath Family Villa with Pool & Gardens

A wonderful place to stay and very quiet. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Martyn was brilliant and on hand to answer any questions before and during our stay, the villa was great for what we needed. I would definitely recommend a car to access other areas.

We enjoyed our stay but feel the villa could do with an update especially the bathrooms. The pool was wonderful especially with a choice of having it heated ! Aldi down the road was great. A car is a must if staying here.

Property is tired and needs new bedding, curtains etc. A general refresh required. The Pool and surrounding area is nice.

Good size pool however the villa is very tired and we spent the first day sourcing alternative accommodation and we moved out the same day. The kitchen appliances were all unclean. Not much more to say.

Enjoyed our holiday. Loved Estepona and will return.

Unfortunately our holiday was very disappointing and not as enjoyable as we would expected. The swimming pool water turned green and was left unattended for two days despite owner promising to send someone out to clean. He also commented that we could use the pool as long as we just rinsed off thoroughly after use. Our 11 year old granddaughter cut her foot getting out of the pool on one of two broken tiles on the steps of the pool. Our shower did not drain so we were forced to stand in our own wastewater. The owner stated that this was because the waste pipe was too small a gauge and would be too big and timely a job to put right. The parasol for the garden was broken and un usable and the sun bed cushions were so dirty that it was an insult to suggest that clients could have the use of them.The single bed was unstable and rickety such that our granddaughter had to sleep on the sofa each night. We also asked to wait in for delivery of a dishwasher which we did, despite the delivery not happening and instead arriving on another day altogether, where we were then expected to wait in while installation took place. This was our holiday and requests such as this are totally unwarranted.Finally it should be noted that we did not have use of either washing machine or dishwasher, as advertised for use, for the entire duration of our stay. To conclude, we have photographic evidence to support the above.

Lovely place to stay, quiet and relaxing. Pool is great. There are a couple of restaurants near by but you will need a car or public transport to get to the main part of Estepona. Beach is about a five minute walk away, just over the bridge. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Villa itself is basic but very clean outside area is lovely couldn’t get our son out of the pool. Burger King, chemist and supermarket within 5 min walk. If you cross over the rd and walk between nudist resort and hotel and turn left you can walk along the beach all the way to the port with restaurants and bars. Would have been nice if someone had greeted us at villa and told us about local area as we only realised we could walk all the way down a couple of days before leaving. Martin was great with communication though.

We stayed here from mid January to mid March We enjoyed the tranquility of the house and gardens Communication with Martyn the owner and Maria the local person was excellent The house was well equipped with a good kitchen which made eating in.easy

Great coms from our host, the property was as described and was immaculate. We really could not have asked for more.
