I loved our stay here. It was beautiful and convenient to many activities and locations.

We really enjoyed the property - a variety of pool and hot tub options. The landscaping is also beautiful. Our condo was comfortable, but the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors and noise from the road.

We had the best time. The resort is cozy and perfect for my family. They had everything we needed and more. The views are breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back.

Great location, away from the very busy part of Sedona, but close to everything you need. Hiking, wineries, groceries, restuarants, cafes ect all within a 5-20 min drive. Decent gym and pools at the resort, and the room was perfect for 2 people.

My stay at Sedona Summit was great! The host was good with communication, the check-in process was smooth, and the room had everything I needed. The location was right outside downtown Sedona, and I enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle. It was still close enough to get everywhere I wanted. My favorite amenity was the adults-only hot tub overlooking the red rocks—amazing!

When I booked this stay I didn’t realize it would be at a vacation club (thought it was a condo association), so I was surpised when the host sent us a message a few days before check-in advising of this and suggested us to tell the registration we were friends of the owners, so as not to get bothered for a timeshare. I did name drop the owner names so the timeshare sales process did seem less aggressive, but still something I didn't want to have to deal with for our short stay. The pool/hot tub were beautiful. Unfortunately our room faced a busy/loud road, not the beautiful red rock views I thought we'd be getting. Our bathroom shower floor had seen better days, the toilet didn’t flush well, the bathroom fan was broken, & the kitchen sink didn’t drain water well. The bed was very comfortable. The complex itself was nice & quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. Super big bathroom and shower area. Wish it was a king bed.

Great little kitchen you could actually cook a meal in and lots of pools/hot tubs to choose from. Don’t hear noise from any other visitors and the location was just perfect. Loved everything about it and will stay again!

We had a wonderful stay, great location and clean unit. The only thing we would change was that the patio is looking out to a wall and the busy road which was quite noisy if the slider was open. No regrets though.

We enjoyed our stay! Was perfect for what we wanted. Place is small but that was expected. Resort is very nice and the pools and hot tubs (especially the infinity hot tub with that view) were great! We’d stay again! Thank you!

I was in town for a workshop. This place was convenient and comfortable. The setting was beautiful. I loved listening to the birds in the morning.

Everything about the stay was easy and smooth. Communication, location and price were everything we could ask for. Would stay here again.

The room was clean and organized. The kitchen stocked with cooking items, coffee pot and dishes. The bathroom fan was broken and didn’t work and couldn’t get the rooms AC down past 68o. Cozy little patio, however caution tape up along sidewalk with busy construction going on. Our trip was a bummer because the neighbors (their door next to ours) were extremely loud, slamming their front door late at night and early mornings.

Good location. Accommodations were as described - except for bed size. It was a double bed and definitely needs to be a queen.

My wife and I are 69 and 72 and this trip to Arizona was to celebrate 50 yrs of marriage. The room was exactly as described and well worth the cost. A couple of pools within easy walking distance was a big plus as well. The kitchenette with a cooktop surface saved us a lot of money instead of eating out. The resort is just a few miles from Sedona and during the day we visited it enjoying the many stores, art galleries and picturesque opportunities. Red Rock State Park is just a few miles away and has many hiking trails as well as a Hummingbird Garden where you can watch the little guys feed. The views to the North are awesome and adjacent to the resort is a nice viewing area. It faces the West and many people (I'm assuming tourists like us) come there to watch and take pictures of the sunset.The owner of the VRBO communicated with us often and promptly answered our questions via email. This trip was a bucket list for us and I doubt we will be back again, but if we ever do come back this will be the first place I check for reservations. Highly recommended.

Rooms are out of date and resort seems tired

Beautiful location, very clean lodging.

This is a very nice resort. Good location, nice activities, great for kids and adults alike.

We spent 4 days in Sedona and the room met all of our needs. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and workout facility.

We stayed for 2 nights, after check in things went well. Easy to get to restaurants. Nice morning walking opportunities. Didn’t have time to use the pools or hot tubs but would like to next time.

Came in for a long weekend stay, had a great time. Place was very clean, exactly as presented. Check in was quick and easy, and the location was close to everything. Would highly recommend this!

Clean property, owner made it easy to check in w/o any hassle.

We loved our time here. Location was super convenient to everything in Sedona. We did a day trip to the Grand Canyon which was about 2 hours each way. The space itself is actually bigger than it appears in the listing! The only downsides are during the checkin process they grill you pretty hard about going to a timeshare meeting (the host will warn you about this in his welcome text) and also the condo shares a room with another condo & the walls are very thin. We could hear every word of their conversations, but it didn’t really bother us.We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the rooms have kitchenettes, and property was signed very well making it easy and fun to get around to different amenities and meet up with other family members staying too.

We stayed at this resort for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed our room. It was meant for 2 people but we didn’t feel we were on top of each other. The room was very clean and had all the utensils you need to cook minus an oven. But who wants to cook on vacation. We did not use the pools but they were beautiful. We would stay there again!
