SeaPines-Lovely Golf View-Fantastic Location and Amenities!

Booking and check-in were great, location was even better. We were pleased with the size of the property and upgrades to the bathrooms, hard floors and furniture. Be careful in the downstairs shower as the water pressure is so powerful it’s painful. The kitchen was a disappointment as it is very dated and small making it hard to prep and cook. There were many holes, gaps and stains due to the age of the materials. The dishes needed updating as well. We traveled with 3 children under 12 and there were no plastic dishes so we purchased some at wal-mart and left them for future guests. We loved the layout, the private patio to store bikes and mostly the location. I’ll be checking to see if the kitchen is redone in future years as we’d love to come back if so. Overall a great week!

The only negative was the smell. Smelled like a nursing home. Must be in the duct. May need to clean ducts out. Other than the funky smell it was nice.

I compliment the owner for fast responses both before and during our trip. We had a small problem with the tv which was quickly addressed and fixed. Also quick responses to our issues understanding about Sea Pines as a whole. My only comment for people to think about with a toddler or baby would be that they do not have any baby supplies for you to use, but can help you with a rental company for your supplies. Also they have a unit with glass coffee tables so we needed to be very careful with our toddler. Everything worked in every room, though the upstairs bedroom was in need of a fresh coat of paint. The kitchen was very compact shall I say, but again we were provided with plenty of dishes and silverware and everything worked well. Make notice of the outside pictures as I think they clearly do represent the space provided, and as such it was not particularly a pleasant space to sit outside. My only other recommendation is more for the entire Sea Pines area itself. If you go there in the summer, and are not an owner, then getting to drive and park at the beach club has its limitations. This was a concern for us with the baby and although the unit is indeed close to the Beach club I think it was not as close to walk with baby and beach gear as we were lead to believe. We did work out the kinks, however, and the beach was of course stellar. Would I rent this again? Yes, without a baby, and possibly look for something a bit less dated and a bit more upscale.

This place was great! The property management team was awesome and helpful. We loved using the bikes and would definitely stay there again.
