Marsh Walk Villas Seabrook are located at the front of the island near the Racquet Club and Lake House with a community pool for guests. Wherever you stay on the island, you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests, and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways, and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook Island Amenities: Seabrook Island Club Amenity Access Included! Additional user fees may apply at the island's amenities.

Pool Access: Community Pool for Marsh Walk Villas. Two oceanfront community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity Access is required to utilize the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is located 3 miles away at Boardwalk #9.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to two dogs; 35 lbs or less. Please indicate breed and size at the time of booking. An additional pet fee applies; pet fee is a minimum of $250.

    Absolutely amazing place to stay. The decor was beautiful, and the space was just perfect for two of us. Would be good for two couples as both bedrooms are en suite. The screened in porch is so lovely. We will be back.

    Very clean and great outdoor porch. A little bit further from the beach but the pool proximity was nice. Would prefer less firm mattresses as that was the one item I would improve upon, they are just not comfortable. We enjoyed our time on the island. Amenity Cards are not available with this rental as advertised on VRBO.

    We love Seabrook Island! This condo community is small, well maintained and not too far into the island, so very convenient to be able to get out or get to Freshfields Village. Condo parking is directly under the unit so very convenient. Unit is clean and well stocked for vacation needs. The screened porch is very nice, but I will say marsh views are only best from the corner closest to the master bedroom, otherwise you are close to the next units and parking lot. It’s an end unit so only people on one side and above you which does help to minimize neighbor noise. Booking and check in process were seamless!

    Showed to a condo directly under a gutting. Broken glass on common area. Called rental office. They were great and promised a new place and phone call in 1/2 hrs. 1hr later I called. Oh, the place is ready. We forgot to call. Great place, right on the water.

    First of all, Nancy was awesome. She was always available to answer questions (even at 2:30AM). The property was perfect for our family and we will definitely try to stay there again!!
