This Bohicket Marina villa isset over two levels for space and privacy. The main level living room is accented by a soaring vaulted ceiling with transom windows and an abundance of natural light. There are new hardwood floors and beautiful furnishings including a large, comfortable sectional sofa for making memories with loved ones. The dining area allows for more formal dining and there is even a bar cart for the bartender in the family. The kitchen was recently renovated with new cabinets and Corian countertops and, the most popular dining space, a separate eat-in area where you may dine with nature right outside your window! There is a high efficiency laundry center located just outside the kitchen area for your convenience.

The upstairs king bedroom suite is well appointed with a sitting area and TV, a large walk-in closet and a private ensuite bath promising a quality night’s sleep. Outside the upstairs bedroom there is a loft area with a sleeper sofa too. The second bedroom is a lovely, spacious king suite on the main level featuring a full private bath with tub/shower.

Beach Access: Guests have access to the beaches on Seabrook Island. The closest access point is Boardwalk #2 on North Beach, Oyster Catcher Rd.

Pet Policy: One small dog of 35 lbs or less is permitted. Please indicate the breed and size of your dog at the time of booking. Pet fee is a minimum of $250.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
