The living area is adorable, well decorated, and very comfortable with hardwood floors and rich earth tones creating a soothing, relaxing atmosphere. Tech savvy travelers get to enjoy a 40 Hi-Def TV, a sound speaker, Blu-Ray DVD player and many streaming options. For added fun there is an Atari game system with 110 classic arcade games. Great for a game of Asteroids in the evening! The WIFI here is upgraded with an extra booster in the bedroom for optimal streaming capabilities! There is plenty of comfortable seating and the sofa pulls out into a sleeper. The kitchen is fully-equipped with granite counter tops, quality appliances and all you need on vacation with a laundry center for your convenience.

The king bedroom suite features quality bedding and a second wall mounted TV. There is a full ensuite bath with tub/shower. A Bose radio offers evening music too! A full second bath in the hall has a stall shower and is very convenient for living area guests.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
