Sea view villa, 3 km from sea and town, private pool, playground

This is the perfect place for families with young children. It wasn't really pool weather, but the 5 year old and the 2 1/2 year old loved the playground. Katia guided us to the property and gave us lots of great advice during our stay.

We had a great family holiday. Everything was perfect. Katia, our host, was wonderful, very helpful and available. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. The terrace has a magnificent sea view, as shown in the photos. The pool is really big. We would recommend this villa and would be delighted to return.

A great house with a huge outstanding garden and spaceous pool area that is filled with beautiful plants. We enjoyed the great view at the sea and loved to watch all the vessels and boatsts go by in a distance. We were lucky to have our binoculars with us! The nearby village Monopoli is adorable and the sandy beaches close-by are great to enjoy! Our lovely host Katia took care of everything in a very kind and comfortable way. She also had a lot of good suggestions where to go and how to spend a great time and was always available. We had a perfect stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay despite the high winds on the first two days. The swimming pool was great and the children enjoyed the table football especially. Katia was extremely helpful and tried to sort out one or two difficulties which arose. One thing she couldn't help with was the loss of Internet in the last 2 days when we were trying to book trains. A kettle and a sponge for washing up in the lower flat would have been an asset. The bin collection was incomprehensible!

The property is situated in the midst of a number of fields and is elevated so that it provides wonderful views and even to the sea. The secluded area is very private and secure...but is a bit of a drive to Polignano a Mare beach area--approximately 12-15 minutes. The property has wonderful outside areas with a huge dining area outside the upper unit and lots of areas to lay around the pool and sit outside. The outdoor BBQ area worked very well and the property is quite spacious. The only criticism would be that I found the bed a bit uncomfortable and the matress should be replaced. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful property. Check in with Katy was easy and she coordinated a meeting spot to help us find the location of the property. The location is close to many places such as Polignano a Mare and Monopoli and even an easy drive to Bari.

Clean and cosy! And massive space in the house and around. We really enjoyed the stay.

The property is really impressive, the pool is a nice size and the view of the sea from the terrace is simply stunning. For small children there is a climbing frame with 5 slides, which is very high quality. Communication with the landlord was easy and we always had support during our stay when we needed it. we had a fantastic holiday, in a fantastic holiday home. It was a nice pool with a really good size. The view is indescribably beautiful from the lovely terrace. The hostess who welcomed us and was available throughout the holiday, was very nice and helpful! Can only be recommended if you want to relax in peaceful surroundings with your own large pool.

The accommodation was great for both us and our daughter, husband and granddaughter. The gardens, pool, bbq area and outside seating areas were perfect and our granddaughter was over the moon with her own 'jungle gym'. The host met us and guided us in, gave us a full tour of the accommodation, provided us with a great list of restaurants, attractions, supermarket opening times and returned to help us out on one occasion. We had a wonderful time, thank you.
