Great location!

We had an amazing time! Perfect place, and so close to the beach and a stone's throw from the free AMI Trolly. Chairs, wagon, and umbrellas were very nice to have provided. Next time we'll leave ours at home. Lol. Loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off all the salt and sand! Beautiful private patio. The place was clean, roomy, and felt like home. Our host was easy to reach and very accommodating. Thank you so much to the team at Anchor Down for such a beautiful and well maintained property that allowed us to enjoy the surroundings and make many fabulous memories. Amy and Jodi were very kind. We will be booking this unit yearly!

This is the perfect location, such a quick walk to the beach & we even were able to walk to the restaurants down the street such as the Gulf Cafe & Wicked Cantina. The photos for the listing was a little deceiving, we did think we had the two balconies but Unit B parking is in the back & you do not get the two balconies that’s Unit A. There is one off of the master but very different view. Master bedroom is huge! Other two bedrooms are a decent size and the closets are extremely spacious. Plenty of room to put your bags away while you’re visiting and not take them out until you’re ready to go home. The property manager had a pack and play delivered right to the property for us so it was there when we arrived I thought that was so nice! The guest book is very outdated I think that could use some updating. But overall, the house was perfect once we got over not having the two balconies.

This property was as described. Location was great! Just a walk across the street to the beach. Area and the building was quiet and centrally located.

Property was exactly as advertised. Kristi was very communicative to any questions we had prior to our arrival. Rental was clean! Beds were comfortable. Decor was sufficient. Beach was an easy two minute walk, and property included everything needed for our beach stay (towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and wagon). Only complaint... we felt it could have used another mirror in a bedroom or hall, as main bath was somewhat small. Overall, great value for the money!

It was fine for our work trip but the property could use a little TLC. Plenty of space overall, huge master bedroom. Overall the property is kind of plain, nothing bad, just not exciting.

This is a clean, cozy place that's a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. We wanted to be very close to the beach but not pay for a beachfront location. This place was perfect. You simply have to cross a road and then you're at the beach. It feels equidistant from both bridges that cross the bay so it's an easy drive to get to other areas. Everything worked well, and we had no issues. Two rooms are on the main floor (2nd fl) and the master bedroom is at the top of the stairs (3rd fl). The parking was easy and alongside the house. We would stay again. Also, the management property was available by phone to answer questions, and they were friendly. The instructions to clean up before checking out were clear. Everything was as advertised.

Stayed here for a girls trip with my sister and friend and our kids. It was a great bargain for the price. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was SO close to the beach, right across the street! We loved the location because it was super close to beach access, just a couple minutes drive to the grocery store, and wasn’t in the middle of all of the main strip traffic. The property manager was very responsive to any questions that we had and check in and check out process was really easy. My only suggestions would be to have a mirror in the bedrooms so we weren’t all trying to use the one in the bathroom and maybe have a Roku or smart tv so people can sign into their streaming services if wanted. But this did not take away from our experience at all. We had a great time and at a lot better price than many other comparable properties closer to Pine Ave. I would definitely stay here again
