Sea Pines Treehouse steps to Harbour Town on Deer Island

Lovely place!

Fascinating place. Unique accommodation well decorated, supplied and comfortable. Very quiet area on the far end of Sea Pines which, as we discovered, you could spend an entire week in and be perfectly pleased. We would definitely recommend staying here

Upon arriving we were greeted with a couple deer standing with our luggage, so cool! It was so quiet and peaceful. Walkable to many activities. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.

I want to start by saying we really enjoyed our stay here. This unit is nothing short of amazing and made us want to look at buying property in the area, it was really that good. The unit was clean, and more than equipped for rental guests with everything you’d need at the beach (chairs, umbrella, some sea toys) and everything else you could need (towels - shampoo - etc). Having two full baths was really nice after hot days outside and having laundry available was a big plus. We also were thankful for the many split AC systems to keep the unit cool on the very hot days. We had a bit of a hiccup with checking in due to an emergency with the cleaners but the owner was helpful with alleviating some of our stress with suggestions for local hangout spots. Having bikes and parking available was also a HUGE plus. Couldn’t say enough good things. We really enjoyed our stay here and we hope to stay again.

We had a great weekend! The tree houses on Deer Island are one of our favorite places to stay. This was one of the cleaniest and niciest ones we have stayed in. Loved all of the amenties-especially having bicycles included!

We returned to the Sea Pines Resort for the first time since our honeymoon 44 years ago. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The location and setting were ideal, everything was just as described in the listing and the entire process from reservation to modification of that reservation to check-in and check-out were flawless.

We enjoyed our stay here that gave us the feel of being close to nature while just steps away from Harbour Town. We hoped to see a few deer in the distance from the deck but actually saw several each day that came around close to the house! The house was exactly as described and seen in pictures. It was very clean and well stocked for our stay. We had a great time & are thankful to have found such a unique location!

Wonderful property with close proximity to Harbor Town and all of Sea Pines. We were pleasantly surprised with how quiet the area is given the proximity to Harbor Town. We definitely enjoyed the daily visitors (deer) as the island is named for.

We had an amazing week in this cozy little home within walking distance to everything we needed. This was the absolute perfect spot for what we were looking for. Our family of 3 appreciated the cleanliness and coziness of this home. It was in the ideal location minutes from Harbour Town dining and shops. Highly recommend. Thank you Heather and Jim.

We absolutely loved the location. Easy walk to Harbor Town restaurants, shops and bars. Nicely renovated and equipped. Only sticking point is there is only parking for 2 so if your group has 3+ cars, might be an issue.

Great location just a short walk from Harbortown. Very clean and quiet place.

This was our 6th year staying in this Deer Island Treehouse! We look forward to it each year. We enjoy everything from the lush surroundings to the gorgeous views and friendly deer. The Treehouse is always pristine and welcoming. We can't wait until our next trip to Deer Island.
