Stayed Jul 8, 2025The unit was exactly what we needed. It was very clean, the furniture and bed were comfortable. It had plenty of towels, beach chairs, and cooking equipment. We love the view of the golf course. The pool is just a very short walk.We love the location as well. It is centrally located. You can easily bike to the beach, Southbeach, or Harbour Town. The check-in process was very easy. They even sent the parking pass to sea pines by mail ahead of time. So all we had to do was show up. We would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025This property was great! Clean, well stocked (bikes, beach chairs, towels , kitchen supplies, etc) and fantastic location. The property manager was great as well. Excellent communication prior to our arrival and during our stay. We had two minor issues (a bike lock that wouldn’t work and a towel rack that came apart due to loose screw) and Jessica took care of both immediately. We would highly recommend this specific property and this property manager.

Stayed May 23, 2025We absolutely loved this spot in Sea Pines (and we have stayed in MANY places)! It really doesn’t get better than Lighthouse Road just minutes from the Beach Club! The villa was clean and cozy, the kitchen was nice and well equipped - it was a perfect place for our family of four! Loved the pool access, too, as well as golf course views. Everything about this listing was an A. We’ll be back (if it doesn’t get too booked up!)
