Stayed Sep 12, 2024the upstairs was warm while the downstairs was cold. suggest ceiling fans upstairs. the Carolina room was really nice. rental was not as clean as we are accustomed. when first arriving the door was unlocked. refrig had drink and some food

Stayed Apr 24, 2024My husband and I, along with our children and grandson enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. Dave’s villa was in the perfect location. It was a quick walk to the Sea Pines Beach Resort, even with an infant. He supplied a cart, chairs and beach toys that made it so easy for us to enjoy our time at the beach. There were ample supplies in the house that made cooking in easy and enjoyable. We also enjoyed the pool that was just steps away from the villa. Everything was exactly as the description said it was. It was clean and provided everything we needed for a week at the beach. Dave was a very responsive and accommodating host. We would definitely stay at his place again the next time we’re in Hilton Head.
