House was nice and clean ,everything was brilliant pool was great ,great value for money

Villa was lovely and clean and comfortable, very impressed with the out door space and enclosure for small children with toys in. Situated in a quiet area, close to amenities, slight problem with the washing machine but it was sorted out immediately. Would 100% definitely stay again and definitely recommend this property to others.

I Cannot recommend this villa enough we have all had a fantastic holiday the villa and pool are absolutely fantastic and so well equipped and it was spotless. The hosts and property manager couldn't be more helpful and organised and the location couldn't be better we hired a car but you really dont need to as there is everything you need on your doorstep and a great bus service we were a mixed group of all ages and there was something for everyone nearby although it was hard to leave the pool to go anywhere we will definitely be back x

Lovely villa, great location and very clean. Very close to the beach and shops, plenty to do for all! The host was very accommodating and kept in touch to make sure all was ok. Would definitely recommend. We all had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning in the future.

I recently stayed here with my one year old and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in villa mandarin. There were plenty of things for my son to play with outside and the pool area was lovely. It was a short walk to the beach, around 7min and there was a supermarket the same distance which was perfect for us with a baby. We would definitely stay again if we return to Cyprus.

A group of 4 adults stayed at the start of October. The villa was as advertised but we felt that the furnishings around the pool, where we spent much of our time, were tired and could do with refreshing. The loungers were cracked and the cushions on the chairs needed throwing out they were so threadbare. We were also disappointed that there wasn't any clean bedlinen for the second week. The downstairs bathroom smelt of damp. Otherwise all was OK.

The villa mandarin was very good. It had everything we needed and was very functional. Some of the furniture and household items were a little tired, but it wasn't too much of an issue and certainly didn't detract too much from our experience. What I can say is that the communication from the owner was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and I'd certainly recommend booking with them.

We stayed here for a week and although the villa has 3 bedrooms there is only 1 bathroom upstairs. We found this to be a issue as there was 7 of us. Unfortunately we found that the decor/furniture is a bit tired and dated. We all noticed that our clothes smelt after being in the wardrobes and that was in all bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom needs a good steam clean to bring it up to scratch. I was disappointed that there was only 1 toilet roll and no toilet waste bags for the bins left. If this was me I’d ensure there was plenty for everyone to use. The kitchen was well equipped but we didn’t use much only the dishwasher? The pool area is ample big enough but please go through the box of equipment/toys left for everyone to use as they are filthy. The pool water was freezing which is to be expected at this time of year. The front of the house looks out on to refuge bins. This is a tip. People coming and going all day with lots of cats, broken glass, garden waste thrown everywhere. While we were there we had very strong winds and a lot of the rubbish ended up against the villa. The view was very disappointing and had I known I would have disregarded it. We were surprised with the area and how limited it was to buy food and cafes. It’s a resort for staying in a hotel not self catering. There is several beaches close by but again we found this difficult to buy refreshments unless you were staying in a hotel. The hotels didn’t let you purchase any drinks or food.

Great place to stay. 5 minutes walk to the beach , bars and restaurants approximately 5-10 minutes away in the other direction with plenty of variety to choose from The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Two double bedrooms and two singles in the other. Although the villa sleeps 8 this would necessitate 2 people sleeping in the living room area so may not be suitable for everyone. Air con in all rooms is a big plus. Good size pool in comparison with other villa and plenty of sunbeds .Great communication from the owners and allowed us to stay on past the checkout time due to our later flight ( this is not guaranteed as they could be guests due to check in later in the day). Speak to the owners in advance and I’m sure if they help you they can. Have stayed in many villas in Cyprus and this is up there with the best of them in terms of value for money. Would definitely book again
