Sargas - NEW! Close to EVERYTHING!! Modern Villa, private pool, & more....

Very friendly and helpful staff. Just a beautiful place to stay.

The property has incredible views, just as you see in the photos. The road getting into the property is pretty rough and steep, but with a good vehicle you will have no problems. Close to tons of goods local restaurants within walking distance (if you don’t mind the hills). Pool is lovely. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Overlooking Soufriere and the Pitons, Sargas is a great base to explore the island in a safe neighbourhood with friendly locals - however it is atop a very steep hill and some poor roads so not suitable for everyone. Lots of great restaurants & excursions nearby can easily be arranged through Janus and his friendly hhelpful team. RestayTthinetarraaerarthroake

Dual master suite house with private infinity pool. House sits up in the hills overlooking Soufriere, The Pitons and the coast. Incredible views and sunsets can be taken in from the balcony or the pool level deck.

The property is exactly as mentioned. Soufriere is a very friendly town and easy to walk to the store and local restaurants if yo don’t mind the wait back. Janus has a driver who is available if needed. Just ask for whatever you need and he will make it happen. E has thought of everything all the way to wiring the home for 110 and 220 options. If you’re staying as a family the second floor is detached from the first.

We were only able to stay at Sargas villa for two nights but I wish it had been longer!! The house is amazing, the pictures don’t entirely do justice to the jaw dropping views from the balconies and pool, you will have to experience it yourself! Amazing!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay visiting local restaurants and beaches and then returning to our amazing villa! Janus was a wonderful host for whom no situation was a problem, we appreciate his dedication to great service and his passion for Soufriere and St Lucia. If you’re thinking about staying here just do it, you won’t be disappointed!!

Our family of four stayed here over Christmas. Our host was awesome and is a terrific entrepreneur and the Island of St Lucia is lucky to have him! The only thing keeping this 4 stars out of 5 is the immediate area. Let me explain-the general area is awesome-you are close to it all right here. That said the city is a bit under developed and the grocery and dining options that are walkable-well they do not really exist. We had a car which is necessary. The road to the villa is very rough. Back to the villa which is awesome. We stayed without technology at another villa for 5 nights so the 3 smart TV's/internet were welcome for the family and worked perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook/serve our breakfast and a few dinners. The plunge pool is very nice and the views of the pitons are as advertised. We went to the area beaches with ease and the best restaurants and activities-all an about a 15 minute drive from here. Again-host is A plus and I would stay with him as I hope he keeps growing his business. The villa is built well and did a great job of keeping the neighborhood sound to a minimum. Important over Christmas as the locals stay up all night to celebrate to include Boxing day right after:). AC in bedrooms worked great-I would add to the main room-but not sure that is standard in St Lucia.
