Wonderful townhouse with unbeatable exteriors in Mancor de la Vall, suitable for up to 6 people.
Located near the mountain, very close to the villages of Inca and Caimari, this two-storey house is characterized by its beautiful salt pool surrounded by lawn and 6 sun loungers, where sunbathing will become a pleasure. The pool has a size of 8x5m and a depth of 1.10 to 1.90m. In this large outdoor area, you will find a table tennis, ideal for the guests entertainment, and a large porch whereyou will surely prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it with family.

It is a house with a special charm, which has a living room equipped with air conditioning where you can watch satellite TV while contemplating the unparalleled mountain views through the glass windows. The beautiful separate dining room equipped with AC is lovely to extend your evenings and the kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils so you can cook your favourite dishes and feel at home. When it's time to sleep, you will find four bedrooms. The first two with two single beds and a double bed respectively. A third one with two single beds equipped with AC and the last one with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. A bathroom with bathtub completes the stay. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. At your disposal, there is a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.


Mancor de la Vall is a small village located in the Sierra de Tramuntana, with easy access to a great number of routes for excursions in the mountains. At the same time, this village is located a short distance from the small town of Inca, where every Thursday takes place the weekly market, well known throughout the island.

Some of the magnificent coves that we recommend you visit are those located in the villages of the Sierra, such as Banyalbufar or Deià. If you prefer more extensive beaches and fine sand, the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia is ideal for you and your children and is suitable for water sports such as windsurfing, jet skis or diving, among others.

Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.

    We stayed at this house during the summer and were unfortunately quite disappointed, as it did not meet our expectations. The weather was very warm, and only one bedroom and the living area had air conditioning. The other bedrooms were not air-conditioned, which made it very uncomfortable at night.The house and its furnishings are rather dated. Several kitchen appliances, including the dishwasher, did not work properly, and the cutlery and dishes were quite worn. The mattresses were saggy and uncomfortable, and even the outdoor sun loungers were in poor condition and should have been replaced some time ago.The bathrooms were also in need of renovation — the shower head wouldn’t stay in place, and several fixtures were rusty, which made the bathrooms feel used and uncomfortable.Overall, the property feels tired and in need of maintenance and modernization.On a positive note, the location is excellent: quiet, central, and in a charming little village. With some renovation and care, this could be a much more pleasant holiday home.

    This property is an absolute gem. Quiet and perfect for families that want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The town is so pretty and there is a lovely little village bakery and a cafe that does amazing coffee! The pool was amazing, the house has everything we needed. It got a little hot but the air con in the lounge and dining room were perfect. Short driver from Sóller where we got the tram down to the port. Highly recommended - we will be booking again!

    Fantastic stay! Located in a beautiful quiet and small town, with easy access to cafes and a supermarket. The pool is fantastic and the house is just as described. Lots of space for parking. Located near the mountains, it’s perfect for cycling. Would stay again!

    We have stayed in several villas in mallorca over the course of the last few years and i have to say this one was the best so far. It had everything we wished for when it comes to a holiday villa. It is clean and tidy with a beautiful garden and pool set in a country setting. The pool started to go slightly green in a corner which is somthing we have encountered before on villa holidays. I messaged and they came within an hour to sort it. You could not ask anymore from this brilliant familly.and their villa. The village is quite however there is a couple of nice bars down the hill and a brilliant pizza restaurant too. Thank you for having us.

    A really good villa, very clean with everything you need. The garden is fab and so lovely to see the goats! The check-in process and the proprietors were brilliant.
