Beautiful house of 190 m2, with Majorcan rural architecture, which is located in the countryside of Campos, and accommodates 6 people.
The exteriors of this property are fantastic. There is a 10 x 5 m chlorine pool that has a depth of 1 to 2 m. This area is fenced apart from featuring an exterior shower as well as 6 sun loungers where sunbathe. The paved area has a ground of 150 m2 and the lawn zone, 300 m2. In its nearby, there are fruit trees and a vegetable patch. On one side of the property, there is a huge birdcage in which there is a great variety of birds. The furnished porch of 48 m2 is fantastic, since in which you can enjoy wonderful lunches and dinners outdoors with your family and friends thanks to its barbecue. On the same porch you will find a table with two benches, and a sofa next to a small table to relax contemplating nature.

Get relaxed in the living-dining room, which is equipped with air conditioning, while reading a book, watching TV-SAT, DVD, etc. There is a ceramic hob kitchen that's independent, totally equipped so that you can cook seamlessly any kind of dishes. The accommodation features 3 dormitories, all of them with A/C and wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms also offer a double bed and the last one has twin beds. Likewise, there is a bathroom with both shower and bathtub as well as an exterior shower bathroom. The house, furthermore, provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as you will find fans at your disposal.

Surrounded by nature, which transmits tranquillity and peace, the property is located 1.2 km from the town of Campos, where to find everything you may need for your stay: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, a medical centre, etc. In addition to this, just 14 km away, you can reach one of the best beaches on the island, Es Trenc. And only 30 km away, there is the city of Palma with all kinds of entertainment, shopping centres, sightseeing, etc.

    The house was beautiful and very well-equipped. We really appreciated the bottle of wine and water upon arrival. The bird cage and chicken coop were definitely a plus. My children loved the garden and the fountain. It was too chilly to swim in April, but we enjoyed sunny evenings at the poolside. The terrace was also the perfect spot for breakfasts and dinners in the sun.

    Einfache und vertrauensvolle Buchungsschritte. Kontakte per Mail und Telefon auch während dees Aufenthalts problemlos. Wunsch nach Ventilator und andere Kleinigkeiten werden am selben Tag erledigt. Ich hab schon 3 mal bei Homerti gebucht und würde es immer wieder machen.

    Liebes Team, Wir möchten Ihnen auf diesem Wege eine Rückmeldung zu der Finca comuna de campos geben, in der wir insgesamt wirklich schöne Ferien verbracht haben. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Außengelände mit Garten und vor allem dem herrlichen Pool, der schönen Terrasse sind hier besonders positiv hervorzuheben. Schön wäre gewesen, hätte der Gastgeber ein paar Spielsachen für Kinder auf dem Grundstück und auch für den Pool bereitgestellt. Das ist verbesserungswürdig. Ansonsten bieten die Außenanlagen aber viel Spaß und Ruhe! Herrlich! Auch die Finca selbst ist sehr schön. Allerdings ist sie nicht, wie auf Ihrer Homepage beschrieben 190m2 groß. Die nutzbare Fläche beträgt ca. 130m2, was 60m2 weniger sind. Die Räume sind trotzdem in Ordnung zum schlafen, denn die meiste Zeit verbringt man ohnehin draußen. Die technische Ausstattung (TV, Video etc.) sind sehr veraltet und könnten erneuert werden. Super war, dass so viele Handtücher vorhanden waren. Auf Ihrer Homepage wird geschrieben, dass die Küche keine Wünsche offen lässt. Dies ist unser Hauptkritikpunkt. Wir kochen leidenschaftlich gerne und lieben es, im Ausland die einheimische Küche nachzukochen. Dies ist in der Küche im Haus NICHT MÖGLICH. Der Ofen ist vollkommen in Ordnung, der Gasherd funktioniert allerdings nur sehr sehr schlecht. Eine ausreichende Flamme, um Dinge zu braten entsteht überhaupt nicht. Weniger als beim Campingkocher! Eine Topf mit Wasser zum kochen zu bringen dauerte bis zu 15 Minuten! Da man eine Finca mietet, um sich selbst zu versorgen, ist dies sehr frustrierend gewesen und sollte auf jeden Fall geändert werden!!! Es reicht ja ein normaler Elektroherd. Teller waren genug vorhanden, allerdings nur ein einziges Weinglas, nur ein einziges Schneidebrett und - bis, Dank ihrer Hilfe der Besitzer netter Weise ein neues gebracht hat - nur ein auseinanderfallendes Schneidemesser. Das ist sicherlich nicht der Standard, den Sie vermitteln möchten. Die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler sind wiederum super! Ich hoffe diese Tipps sind hilfreich. Zusammenfassend blicken wir auf einen wirklich schönen Urlaub in der Finca zurück und würden die Finca auch sofort wieder buchen, allerdings nur wenn die Küche auf einen normalen Mindeststandard gehoben wird.
