Sa Carrotja is a private estate, so you won t have to share any spaces with other guests. It features spacious outdoor areas, a garden, a fenced in pool, and a barbecue area. Plus, you can park for free on the property, with space available for several vehicles. The stay includes bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels for all guests. Additionally, for stays of 14 nights or more, a general cleaning of the property is included, with a complete change of sheets and towels. Upon arrival, you will also find a basic amenity pack that includes some essential kitchen items, such as salt and sugar, as well as basic cleaning supplies, welcome water, toilet paper, and trash bags. This is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival and is not meant to be replenished during your stay. A crib and high chair are available upon prior request. We recommend requesting these in advance to ensure availability. In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, effective as of December 2, 2024, all guests are required to complete online registration and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Mallorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. Payment must be made during the online registration process via a link provided prior to arrival. Please note: the maximum permitted occupancy is 10 guests, including adults and children over 2 years of age. Additionally, only one additional guest under 2 years of age will be accepted. Sa Carrotja is located in a completely rural setting, surrounded by nature and tranquility. Neighbors have farm animals, such as geese or chickens, so you may occasionally hear sounds typical of the countryside and even see an animal roaming freely around the property. As this is a country house, you may encounter insects, especially at certain times of the year, which is common in natural environments. The garden s automatic irrigation system is programmed to run approximately every two days and usually lasts between 10 and 15 minutes. Since the property is located outside a residential development, there is no door to door trash collection service. The trash bins are located approximately a 5 minute drive away, at the entrance to the village.

By law (Royal Decree 933/2021), which took effect on December 2, 2024, all guests must check in online and pay the tourist tax before arriving at their accommodation. This regulation applies nationwide and is also mandatory in Mallorca; its purpose is to ensure public safety. Registration is carried out through the secure Chekin platform, which complies with European data protection regulations. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in financial penalties, and if you do not complete the registration and make the advance payment, you will not be permitted to check in at the accommodation. The estate's location is strategic for a relaxing experience surrounded by nature while still providing access to all amenities, just a five minute drive away. In Portocristo, you'll find all the services you need: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.

You'll need a private vehicle to get there and around, as the rural setting doesn't offer public transportation. We recommend booking in advance with one of the car rental companies at the airport. Keep in mind that demand is high in summer.

Sa Carrotja is a country estate in the heart of rural Mallorca, yet very close to the coast; many points of interest are just a 10 minute drive away. It is located in the countryside of the municipality of Porto Cristo, away from the town center and in a prime location for relaxation. The house and apartments are all on one level, making them easy to access and comfortable to stay in. They include: A large house with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, a living room, and a porch with access to the garden. An apartment adapted for guests with limited mobility, featuring a bedroom with two beds and a full bathroom with a shower An apartment with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a full bathroom, and a living room with views and access to the garden.

Check in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check out is by 10:00 a.m. The property has self check in, ensuring convenience and flexibility upon arrival. Before your arrival, and once guest registration and payment of the tourist tax have been completed, we will send you all the necessary information to access the property, as well as recommendations and useful details for your stay. To keep the property in top condition, a member of our team visits once a week to maintain the garden and pool. We will always notify you in advance to minimize any disruption during your stay.
