This pet friendly, delightful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1st floor, villa is a great vacation spot for your family and friends. Enjoy the neighborhood pool just steps from the villa. The Lake House with indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center is a short walk.

The living area has a cable 55 tv with an open dining room givingyou plenty of space to socialize with your family and friends. The dining room is surrounded by windows offering a great view. Open your living room sliders and walk onto your screen porch, with breathtaking marsh sunset views. The table seats six and is close to the kitchen. There are also three bar stools to enjoy sitting at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker.

There are three bedrooms and three baths in this spacious villa. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and cable tv with adjoining full bath with a shower/tub and separate vanity area. A small private screened porch overlooks the tidal marsh. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining full bath with a separate sink area. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to the full hall bath.

Just steps from the house is the Heron Point neighborhood pool, tennis courts and Racquet Club for your use. Walk across the street to the Equestrian Center to feed the horses apples and carrots. The Lake House facilities are a short walk away. 3 1/2 mile beach is just a short drive away. Historic Charleston is a 40 minute drive.

IMPORTANT: Completion of the Coastal Getaways Rental Agreement is required for all reservations, including bookings made through online travel agencies (VRBO, AirBnB, etc). Reservation confirmation and property access are contingent upon receipt of the signed agreement.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).
